Vietnam Trip Nears
HOMEFRONT - Our latest news on our trip to Vietnam is that Dad has the tickets in hand. We're waiting for Mom's passport to come in, and a couple of us need our shots. May 6 through May 30 are the dates, and excitement is growing. See pictures here - after we get back.Wendy starts her own home page
GEOCITIES - After much musing and planning, Wendy finally posted her home page to Geocities. She had been working on it for quite some time, and at the urging of a friend and co-worker, Dave, she signed up for a free home page at Geocities and started uploading files."I've been wanting to finish it," Wendy was reported as saying, "but Dave said that I could post it and not tell anyone the address until it was complete." That was all the urging she needed.
Although this type of activity isn't new to thousands of Homesteaders on Geocities, this was a big step forward for Wendy, who has been nagged for weeks by her husband, Tom, to get the site up so he could tell his friends about it.
