Three Layer Pea Pickin' Cake

Ingredients:
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (20 ozs.), undrained
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 ozs.), drained
  • 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 13 oz. Cool Whip
Instructions:
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges and mix well. Spread into three round cake pans and bake for 20 minutes at 350° F. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Combine instant pudding (do not follow directions on package) and crushed pineapples. Fold in Cool Whip. Use this mixture to frost each layer and top of cake. Refrigerate.
