| We offer for release: 21 White Doves: 20 white doves will be released, at the end of the ceremony, with one released a few seconds later to join the flock. The single white dove joining the flock symbolizes the soul of the departed joining the souls of those gone before. On memorial day many veterans and their families are so moved to tears and joy, by the significance of the release. |
