We are licensed by the TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) to perform home inspections and we are one of the few companies (less than 10%) that also carry licenses from TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) to perform OSSF inspections. Other companies can only provide “walkover” inspections for septic systems - we can provide a much more detailed inspection.
