2008 Curly Foals

Small Curly Pony Filly

Sadie's Little Shadow is our newest curly pony foal, born October 7th, 2008.  She is a black little curly filly, and has a tightly curled coat.  The insides of her ears are lighter colored, so we are wondering if she may be a smoky black.  ???  We are having her tested to see if she is a smoky black, so check back for the results.  Shadow should mature 12-12.1hh, and will be registered with ICHO.  She has been imprinted, and gets a lot of attention on a daily basis. She loves to have her chest scratched, and is very friendly for a newborn!  As you can see, she loves to run around & show off for the camera, and these pictures were taken when she  was only a day old.  Shadow will make a lovely childeren's pony, or a very flashy little cartpony.  She has perfect conformation, and would also be a great asset to any curly pony/mini breeding program.  I would love to keep her myself, so I've decided that if she doesn't sell by the time she is weaned, I'll defnitely be keeping her.  She's just too precious!  I'm pricing Shadow at $1400, and this will include her ICHO papers,  coggins, and a recent health certificate.  She will also be UTD on her shots, worming, and hoof care.

Gaited Curly Filly

Baron's Kentucky Blaze is a gaited chocolate curly filly, with 2 tall hind socks, and a blaze. She was born on May 7th, 2008.  She is out of Kentucky Lightening, and by RF Timber Baron.  Both are full-ABCR & DNA tested.  She currently has a pacy-type gait, which looks like it will be a smooth running walk when she is matured.  Blaze has been imprinted, and enjoys being around people. She loves to have her neck & chest scratched, and is very curious.  Blaze will be trained to lead, load, tie, and stand quietly for the vet & farrier by the time she is weaned in mid-September.  We spend time with her on a daily basis, and she is developing great ground manners already.  Blaze has some excellent (clean) bloodlines including Spartacus & some drafty BLM lines, so she is built like a perfect dressage or sporthorse prospect, and should be big enough to carry larger riders. This filly will greatly benefit any breeding program.  She is one of a very few registered foals, out of RF Timber Baron.  Blaze will sell with her ABCR papers & DNA test, and a 2008 coggins and vet exam.  She will also be UTD on her shots, worming, and hoof care.  Blaze is Sold!!! **These pictures were taken of Blaze when she was just a few days old.**

Drafty Buckskin Curly Filly

Baron's Indigo Mirage is a huge buckskin curly filly, out of Colonel's Indigo Girl, and by RF Timber Baron.  She was born May 30th, of 2008.  Both of her parents are ABCR & DNA tested. Mirage is very stocky, and has picture perfect conformation.  She is very *sporty*, and spends her days running circles around her dam, and the other horses.  Mirage has been imprinted, and enjoys the usual foal-things, like having her rump & chest scratched.  She is very curious, and wanders up to meet you when you first go into the pasture.  She also talks a lot, and carries on whole conversations with everyone else.  She nickers whether it's the dog, or me, or another horse...she's just that friendly! Mirage is also one of very few registered foals out of RF Timber Baron.  She is being offered up for sale at this time for $1400, and will sell with her ABCR papers & will be DNA tested.  She will also have a coggins, health certificate, and be UTD on her shots, worming, and hoof care.
