BeBe~Drafty Curly Filly, Very Stocky, CSI/ICHO Eligible, $1000
BeBe is a very large curly filly, out of our draft mare Dolly, and by the curly stallion FFS MacSimitar Legacy.  BeBe was born on April 11, 2009, and was too tall to figure out "how" to bend under to nurse, so she was fed from a bowl for the first few days of her life.  Hence her nickname "Bowl Baby", aka BeBe for short.  She is very friendly & curious, and spends her days racing around the fields with her half-brother Tre.
BeBe should mature around 14-14.2hh and at least 1200lbs.  She is VERY stocky, even as a 1month old filly.  BeBe is currently being halter trained & will also be worked with on loading, standing tied, and standing for the vet/farrier.
She is perfect, and stands square already; this gorgeous filly is ready for the showring in driving or dressage.  If you are looking for a shorter horse that can carry a larger rider, she'd be perfect for you!  She is currently UTD on shots, worming, and hoof care.  She will also have a 2009 coggins & health exam prior to leaving, and will have her paperwork for the CSI & ICHO registries sent along with her.  BeBE is only $1000 to a great home.
BeBe is pictured here at 1 month old, standing behind her dam.  She is VERY tall for her age.
Windchill~Athletic Curly Filly, Great for Kids/Family, Only $1000
Windchill, aka Chilly, is a lovely chestnut curly filly, out of my registered appendix QH mare, and by FFS MacSimitar Legacy, a registered American Bashkir Curly stallion.  Chilly was born on January 24, 2009, as a bit of a surprise to us.
Chilly was heavily imprinted following her birth, and is handled daily.  She stands for being blanketed & has also worn leg-warmers when the temperatures had gotten cold at night (during January/February).  This little filly loves attention and is very curious & friendly.
Her dam used to be a show horse, and excelled at English.  She was also shown in Western, game days, parades, and on trail rides.  The sire is currently in training for western pleasure.  Chilly has all the makings of a show horse, and has the personality to win over anyone.  She has picture perfect conformation, and is a quick learner.
Chilly should easily mature to 15hh+ and can be registered with ICHO.
Whether you are looking for a beautiful up-and-coming show horse, or a good-natured family horse, Chilly has the charm and good looks to do it all.  She is ready to go to her new home, and will have a recent coggins & health exam.  I am asking $1000 for this pretty filly.  Email for pictures & more info.

Mirage~2008 Buckskin Curly Filly, Drafty, ABCR/DNA Pending, $1400

Baron's Indigo Mirage is a huge buckskin curly filly, out of Colonel's Indigo Girl, and by RF Timber Baron.  She was born May 30th, of 2008.  Both of her parents are ABCR & DNA tested. Mirage is very stocky, and has picture perfect conformation.  She is very *sporty*, and spends her days running circles around her dam, and the other horses.
Mirage has been imprinted, and enjoys the usual foal-things, like having her rump & chest scratched.  She is very curious, and she also talks a lot.  She nickers whether it's the dog, or me, or another horse...she's just that friendly!
Mirage is also one of very few registered foals out of RF Timber Baron.  She is being offered up for sale at this time for $1400, and will sell with her ABCR papers & will be DNA tested.  She will also have a coggins, health certificate, and be UTD on her shots, worming, and hoof care.
Pandora~ Gaited 2006 Filly, Friendly, Quiet, ABCR, Only $1000
Pandora is a lovely 2006 gaited curly filly.  She has minimal curls, with a wavy mane & tail, making her perfect for someone who wants the hypoallergenic qualities without all of the curls.  She has a baby doll head, and is put together very well, with a western build.  Her bloodlines include Yellow Hornet, Colonel Austin, and Walker's Prince T, to name a few.  Pandora is very quiet & easy to work with.  She has a lot of potential whether you are looking for your next childeren's pony, or an easy going trail horse, and is pretty enough for the showring.
This sweet little filly currently stands around 13.2+hh, and should mature at 14.2+hh.  She has a smooth indian shuffle gait (aka running walk), and will be a smooth ride once she is riding under saddle.  Pandroa has good ground manners, and will be ready to train your way.  She picks up her feet, and stands for the vet  &farrier.  She loves to have her mane & tail brushed, and to be groomed.
She will have a 2008 coggins & health certificate, and is UTD on her shots, worming, and hoof care.  Pandora is ABCR pending & DNA tested.  She is also eligible for registration with ICHO.  Pandora is $1000 to a great home.

Indigo~ Palomino Curly Mare, Drafty, Broke to Ride, ABCR, $5000
Click here to see Indigo's pedigree.
Colonel's Indigo Girl is a gorgeous 1997 palomino curly mare. She stands 14.2-14.3hh, and is very drafty.  She looks like the barbie doll of the curly world; beautiful long mane & tail, and lots of it!  In winter she has perfect medium curls, that are silky soft.
She is broke to trail ride, and can easily carry a heavier rider.  The past 2 years she's been used mainly as a broodmare, and probably needs a refresher to get back to where she was as a trail horse.  She's a bit on the lazy side, and is happy with a walk/trot ride.  (Mostly walking, for her!)  She uses direct rein contact, although I was working with her on neckreining the last time we rode, and also leg aids.  I've ridden her bareback & also saddled up, and she rides nicely in a snaffle bit.
Indigo is an excellent broodmare, and throws some very big foals.  All have been curly, and with sweet temperments just like their mom.  You can see pictures of her foals on our foal pages.
We have her bred back for 2009 to FFS MacSimitar Legacy, a gorgeous ABCR palomino curly stud.  The resulting foal will be ABCR & ICHO eligible.  This is by far my favorite mare, and is the best mare that I own.  However, we are getting ready to start a family, and I'm cutting down on my herd, so most of my curlies are up for sale right now.
Indigo is for sale for $5000, and will have a recent coggins & health certificate when she leaves.  She is UTD on shots, worming, and hoof care.
I'm sure with a little refresher she'd get right back into the swing of things, and be ready for trail riding again.
Shadow~Curly Pony Filly; Will Be Small, ICHO, Only $1400
Sadie's Little Shadow is our newest curly pony foal, born October 7, 2008.  She is a black little curly filly, and has a tightly curled coat.  The insides of her ears are lighter colored so we are wondering if she may be a smoky black.  ???  We are having her tested to see if she is a smoky black, so check back for the results.
Shadow should mature 12-12.1hh, and will be registered with ICHO.  She has been imprinted and gets a lot of attention on a daily basis.  She loves to have her chest scratched, and is very friendly for a newborn!
She loves to run around, and shows off for the camera.  These pictures were taken when she was only a day old, and she already looks picture-perfect.
Shadow will make a lovely childeren's pony, or a very flashy cartpony.  She has perfect conformation, and would also be a great asset to any curly pony/mini breeding program.
Shadow is 8 months old now & just 9.3hh (39").
I'm pricing Shadow at $1400, and this will include her ICHO papers, 2009 coggins, and a 2009 health certificate.  She is also be UTD on her shots, worming, and hoof care.
Tre~Handsome Sabino Curly Colt, Quiet & Easy-Going, $1000
Tre is a sweet-natured sabino curly colt, out of Im a OK Peso, and by FFS MacSimitar Legacy.  He has 3 tall white socks, and a wide blaze, with lots of curls.  Tre was imprinted at birth and gets a lot of attention on a daily basis.  He is very curious and walks up to anyone, and enjoys being petted.
This colt is pretty enough to be used as a stallion or flashy trail horse.  He can be registered full-ABCR and is also ICHO eligible.  Tre is currently being halter trained, and is also getting some work on loading in a trailer, standing tied, and standing for the vet & farrier.  He's very easy to work with, and very layed back.  He doesn't get very excited about anything, and is a smart little horse.  Tre will be ready to go by late July, and is only $1000 to a great home.  Please email for pictures & more info.
