| Protection and World Peace |
| These words of power can be used in various ways. You can use them with candle magick, use them to magickally charge a stone or talisman, visualize a candle (which is good if you cannot use candles or fire), or just plain use them as part of a visualization. Do not underestimate the power of the spoken word combined with focused visualization. A common way to use the words for a candle spell is to infuse the candle with energy (do not use your own self-energy or you will exhaust yourself. Instead either raise energy into a cone of power or energy from which you can draw from, or pull positive energy in from the universe.) Many practitioners say the words of power 3 X, lighting the candle after the second repitition. White, silver, or any pastel color you feel is appropriate is good for this spell. If you wish to use incense, oils, or other enhancements, choose those associated with Goddess/Moon energies. This spell is best performed on a Monday during a new, full or waxing moon. Adjust the words accordingly as they are written for a waxing/increasing moon. (you can change the word "growing" to "new" or "full" for example). |

| "O Goddess of the silvery, shimmering, growing moon, we pray! Surround us, and all the innocent of earth with a Divine, impenetrable silvery sphere of protection both night and day. Let no one do us, or the innocent of earth, by any means, any harm or ill. let nothing negative or destructive reach through this protective sphere in accordance with Your will. Encompass and fill us and the innocent of earth with Your life-giving love and preserving silvery light. Infiltrate and soften and transform the hearts and souls of all who choose to live with hatred and darkness black as night. Through Your love, let each of our hearts and lives of we who value peace, now radiate as a powerful, unified beacon, penetrating the hearts of those who hate, and causing their warring murderous ways to cease. By Your luminous, silvery sphere of protection, we and the innocent of earth, are now safely encased. No negative, harmful, hateful, unjust, warring, vengeful, or destructive energies shall reach or touch us or our lives whatsoever within this blessed silvery space. The enemies of peace are now confounded by the massive outpouring of love that in the world they now see. Everywhere they look they are affected by harmony, love, and world-wide unity. No more are the innocent of earth in peril! Their fears can safely cease. The peoples of the world embrace, and now shall live in peace. O Gracious goddess, by Your silvery light of the growing moon this night, we bind this spell for only the good, and in accordance with Your will, to harm none, as is right. As is above, so is below, we do say and see! This is our will and desire, So it is done! So mote it be!" |
