As I stared at the stars I felt so alone in the universe, all connections......gone. I cried because without You my Goddess and God I am lost. No one else loves me as you do. No one else makes my heart soar with your simple yet magnificent gifts..... an early sunrise, a hawk soaring overhead or just the simple kiss of the rain. Just love is what i feel for you. And all i know is that just love is what you feel for me. As I hang my head, and feel my tears fall, I feel your comforting hand upon my shoulder. No words are needed between us after all, it is just love that says it all. |

"A Wonderful Night For a Moondance" |
To the stars we gaze, no moon in sight Damp desert air, for a Dark Goddess Rite Our circle was drwan, and cleansed with care The Quarters were called, our Goddess was there We danced ever deosil, sigils drawn in the sand Stomped to the rhythm, gave praise to the land The energy was great, tangible to our skin Past lives were seen, a visual link to our kin We worked our magik, a gift from the "Old" "And in it harm none", a faith we do hold Cakes and ale we consumed, to Earth this great power Give to the Goddess, on this night, in this hour We thanked the Dark Moon, for attending our rite Released the four Quarters, back into the night Stay if you will, but go if you must Within You we find, Perfect Love, Perfect Trust )0( |

"Magickal Storm" |
I stand alone in the center of the room....lit only by candlelight, outside the rumbles of thunder echo through the night I walk round the circle, athame held high, as lightning bolts crash and light up the sky! While rain pounds the earth, my drum beats echo their sounds, The Goddess and God soak me and fill me, my joy and peace know no bounds! |

"A Dedication to Friends" |
A circle of friends, a circle of life, without kindred spirits, nothing but strife. Some are quite near some are afar, all can be counted in the sky, star by star. Shared are the memories, shared is the spell. Together they offer knowledge's well. Cast from within, cast from the heart, a spell's power from here it does start. Wiccan by choice, wiccan by design, a creed they do follow, to the letter toe the line. A path all do walk, a path clearly seen invited to join them, one Rabid_Wolverine. :) |

"For Sivra" |
A friend I have made, a friend I hold dear. In pain and in sorrow, she resides I do fear. A spirit so vibrant, a spirit so strong, In friendship i keep her, close to heart she belongs. A candle is lit, a candle full and bright, To ease suffering I hope, in her through the night. A path set before her, a path cast in stone. Many have traveled, with friends, not alone. A circle is woven, a circle of friends. Through darkness and light, upon us she can depend. |

"A Memorial to a Beloved Site" |
To all who read this, be it known, there was a site, I once proudly did call "home". In the last summer of the old millenium, I found that special place, and did often come. Deep friendships formed and blossomed there, and by many still our loyalty we can swear. No matter how the world did us mistreat, there, our fellowship was always sweet. We laughed, we cried, our lives we did share, there we knew were those who truly did care. Though many miles between us there may have been, our hearts drew close, and were linked within. In the chatroom there, our circles we cast, we danced, we drummed, time flew by fast! Till into the wee hours we would stay, so reluctant were we to part our way. We met in virtual groves with faeries and gnomes, we sipped herb tea, eating cresent cakes and scones. Hundreds new to Wicca to the forum did come, asking questions and seeking, the old and the young. We greeted and welcomed and offered an ear, shining light as we could, and dispelling fear. Many did come there, some just passing through, But others did stay the duration and grew. With grief in our hearts, we did finaly leave, for two more months we had hoped and dared to believe hard times befell its creators, the domain name was lost, they could no longer continue the work or the cost. We were blessed to have known them and their beautiful site, They remain in our hearts though it be gone from our sight. With determination and devotion the storm we did weather we knew that somehow we must stay together. Our friendships still flourish and thrive without end, For here we now gather at "A Wiccan Circle of Friends"! |
