What's a Book of Shadows? A Book of Shadows is a testimony of a witch's work; it's the knowledge and wisdom she as collected over the years.  In a Book of shadows, you are subject to find, magickal and mythological lore, rituals and spells, meditations and excersizes, along with  information and advice for future generations.

Book Blessing A book blessing is, well, a blessing for a Book of Shadows. In essense, it a prayer that protects it for harms, and helps it attract good.  This Virtual Book of Shadows also has a book blessing and here it is: Unfriendly forces against us, Be gone from this book, our tool. Clear and perfect, form around us, The Teacher, The Scribe, The Fool. May this book be granted the talent to guide us, In the Name and by the hands of the Earth. This is our will, so be it thus
