| Finding your craft name |
| Ok, now this is a very important part of the craft . This can be done in a few different ways for this reason i have 2 different craft names (later on this page i will tell them to you and how i got them the first way is by numerology this is the most craft supported way and its not very hard its just hard to find a name that works with your special number ok here is how to do this ......... get a piece of paper write your birth date on it ok for the example we will use mine 8/24/1979 ok add all the numbers in your birth date together like this 8+2+4+1+9+7+9=40 ok now take 4 and 0 and add it together like this 4+0=4 ok my craft number is 4 so i will need to pick a name i like that equals 4 this is the chart you need to go by 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ok i choose to use the goddess name inanna so here is how i will do this i=9 n=5 a=1 n=5 n=5 a=1 so i will add all those numbers together like this 9+5+1+5+5+1+26=2+6=8 (note always take down to single digit) ok 8 is what i cane up with that will that doesnt equal my craft number 4 so i will change the I in Inanna to be Enanna which is still the same name just spelled different here we go E=5 N=5 A=1 N=5 N=5 A=1 5+5+1+5+5+1+22+2+2=4 and i get my number 4 so my craft name is Enanna and this is my true craft name , i took me some time to come up with it but i love it The other way to come up with your craft name it too make up your own , one that you think fits you the one i choose like that is Pantherspirit so you do it how you like it will not matter to your brothers and sisters of the craft !! if you would like for my to figure out a craft name for you in numerology just email me with your birth date and what name you like and i will try to get it to fit you or i will come up with one for you to match your number ok now for the reason of having a craft name when you decide to dedicate yourself to the craft its like you are reborn and with being reborn you should have a new name and the cool thing about that is that you can choose what ever name you like and that is what the members of the craft will call you my numerology name is : Enanna my choosen name is: pantherspirit have fun in choosing your name and be creative this is a name that will stay with you so make sure it fits you well and blessed be!!!! |
