Materials needed:
1 large white candle (7-day candle)
4 white votive candles
Myrrh oil
a picture of you or the person you are helping
a clear quartz crystal
Directions:
Consecrate and annoint each candle with the Myrrh oil. Place the voltives in each direction. Light the candles and then cast the circle. Call upon Goddess Cura and Goddess Diana by repeating the following 3 times:
" Goddess Cura/Diana,
Attend me,
I need my health
I need to be strong,
I call upon you now,
Attend ME!!!"
On the whole body candle/seven day candle, write the name and birthdate of the person you are doing the spell for.. Place the picture uder the body candle(this also can be another type of taglock) Light the candle and say 3 times:
" I heal myself/____. I/she/he will be healthy, I/she/he will be strong. Goddess Diana and Goddess Cura are helping,
I need all the help I can get.
Make me/_____ feel better, and make me/_____feel strong'
Banish all negativity away from me/him/her,
Remove the sickness/illness(name of problem) from me/him/her.

Every night for the next 6 nights (7 total), light the candle and burn 1 sixth down, until the candle burns itself out.
