Active Meditation

This is the advanced form of meditation, because it combines remaining mentally active with meditating.
As always, get yourself relaxed and comfortable using whatever method that works best for you, such as relaxing your muscles one by one. You might even light some candles or incense, or aromatic oils.
Now, instead of picturing a static image, choose a scenario. This should be like acting in a movie, or watching and directing one, depending on your viewpoint. You can practice with scenarios for entertainment, like flying on a magic carpet, surfing the waves, or walking through a calm forest.
When you concentrate on the scene for long enough, you will slip into a dream-like alpha state. You will be aware and awake, without taking notice of outside distractions.

Meditation
You Need:
- One Large Candle (Use this candle everytime you meditate, and when the candle burns out, just get a new one)
- Maches Or A Lighter
Light the candle and sit in front of it in any position that you feel is comfortable. Breath deep; fill your lungs with air. Repeat this seven times. Look into the candle flame and clear your mind. (Do this as much as possible) Take another three breaths. Hum slightly. Focus on looking into the candle flame. Keep humming. You should feel Your body relaxing. Soon you will be in a trance state. Once you have reached this state you are ready to preceed with the ceremony, ritual, spell, or maybe even to face the day.
One of the most meaningful reasons for meditation is to focus yourself. Not only will it relax you, but it will quiet you mind, allowing you to proceed on your path. meditate before any cermony, ritual or spell; this is why we call meditation STEP ONE. How do you meditate? There are many well-known methods.
