| From the intersection of 71st street south and Seneca head west. When you reach Hungerford Street turn north. Just a block or two away is Riggs Park. The pond is in the northwest corner of the park. There are small parking lots at the southwest and northwest ends of the park. Parking is also avaliable at the curb. |
