Speak No Regrets

26 Feb 2001

Warm whispers in my ear of friendship, work and sex I hear lust panting I shall open these arms and with careful precision this body to the freedom in your voice I have made my decisions You woo me with words eclectic and eloquent and caress the battered soul with understanding How can I turn away? I shall allow you what you wish as your handcuffed heart gold rings and surging body slip into my bed Speak no regrets This night, only this night Kindred soul you speak of same and wonder as I do why Yet, I will only whisper pant desire across your chest accept my decisions answer the questions your body asks and turn toward this night my kindred spirit I shall speak no regrets
