Yeah! Can't wait for Cosmetology book
When I was looking at my cosmetology page, I noticed that amazon had the book I wanted (shown on that link at the bottom of the page) for $28 used. Hehe, I quickly got excited and showed Jo. She knew I had saved money for it, and wanted it very much, she got the debit card out (she holds all the money bank cards), and we got it quickly. I can't believe I got the hardback for so cheap, sure it is used, and I expect even markings in it, but I can work with that. I am guessing it will be here late this week or early next. Buying this book also gave me my first amazon sale, which I also am happy about.
50s dress almost done
The dress is getting down to the last parts. I tried it on, and she even said I did a good job. Looking at it gives you a happy feeling. I wore it half a day (pinned closed since there are no buttons yet). Its excactly what I wanted and turned out as good or better than I thought originally.
Next I will do the apron, if I have the right fabric. I also have an elegant dress pattern in the future sometime. Its my ultimate challenge.
Jo Conversations
Talking with her about my emotions page I was making, she sort of got into a debate with me about how she didn't understand why I was doing such a thing. She wondered where all of this was leading. She said it all might be ok for her but she didnt and couldn't guess right now.

My favorite shoot so far is the wedding dress shoot. I felt really good about it. It felt good being in the dress that my mom sent. I keep trying to do different ones for different styles and moods. Some work out better than others.
Visitors
I am glad that I cleaned the floor and did the dishes like I normally do. We had an unexpected visit from her son. It pays to always be prepared and ready. I think Jo is thankful that I clean often for her and us. Thats two times in one week it has happened. I get happy when I clean and make it nice and comfy.
