About
Dove: Coming into the season
opener, no one knew what to expect from Mr.
Adam Dove. Some thought Dove might not be
able to cut it in such a league as this. But
Dove proved his critics wrong. Playing
great defense alongside his tremendous
offensive output, Dove seemed to time and
time again set the table for fellow partner
and slugger Matt Sutter. He also
found time to clear the table as well with 3
ding-a-ling-ding-ding dongs himself. Dove is
a very consistent player. In a league such
as this, consistency is the key. Dove was
also key in pitching aspects as he and
Sutter switched off each inning changing
things up real well. In the Memorial Day
Tournament, Forest Hills Lacrosse showed
great heart as there backs were against the
wall but found a way to win. Teamed with a
player like Sutter this is definitely a team
to watch for.
Fun
Facts: All-State pinch runner
for the all-star Gull Lake 2001 baseball
team. Has been known to display a face
similar to Brad Portis. Son of Al Dove
("You Da Man"). Shopped at Cub
Foods in Illinois.

About
Preseason "Sutmaster":
Being the
backup catcher
on a highly
successful
2001 Gull Lake
baseball team,
much was
expected from
this young
man. And
golly, did
this man
deliver like
Domino's
Pizza. Sutter
exceeded every
expectation
going nuts
with 6
homeruns and a
few grand
slams. As
dominant as he
was from the
plate, he was
just as near
dominant
pitching,
giving Cy
Young hopeful
Matt Lapinski
a run for his
money allowing
no homeruns at
all. It
appears as
Sutter has no
weaknesses
whatsoever,
though some
claim he may
be a little
shaky in the field. At the
pace Sutter is
going, he will
seemingly
smash and hold
every record
for years to
come. Now the
only question
is, can he
keep it up?
Fun
Facts:
Hit a 500 foot
homerun for
Gull Lake JV
baseball his
freshman year.
Competed and
won a medal in
Science
Olympiad in
middle school
with Gary
Denton.
Has developed
a severe case
of "CCI".
Owns the
ugliest cat in
the whole
world
named Sammie.
