Meet the latest Wiggle 04feb04 BLUE Wiggle Anthony Field is tickled pink after the birth of a daughter. Field's wife Mikaela, 32, gave birth to the 3kg girl on Monday. "It is a big blessing," said the first-time dad. "She is a wedding night baby. She was conceived exactly nine months ago to the day." She was named Lucia Maria Angela Field, meaning light of the angels. "My wife is Greek, but we have got a bit of Italian ancestry in my family and a lot of Italian friends, but it is just a beautiful name," said Field, 40. Describing Lucia, Field said she was born with "a beautiful Greek full head of black hair". "To me she is a supermodel already." Field said fatherhood was completely different to singing and dancing in front of adoring children. "When Lucia turns 18 months I'll be watching Big Red Car over and over again just like everyone else," he said. |
