The Wiggles rehearse their new stage show, "Lights, Camera, Action!"
Despite not being in their trademark skivvies, The Wiggles were recognised behind the glass of one of the ABC's new rehearsal spaces at the Ultimo Centre preparing for their Christmas stage show, "Lights, Camera, Action!". The stage show takes the name from their successful third television series, which was produced by ABC Resource Hire last year, utilising sound stage 26 at Lanceley Place in Sydney with full technical and production crew. Post-production was handled at the ABC in Ripponlea, Melbourne. The series is into its third airing on ABC Television, and is also currently screening on the Disney Channel in the US to great acclaim. As well as producing the series, ABC Resource Hire also delivered 2 video specials for television screening and retail sales. The soundtrack from one of the specials, “Whoo Hoo Wiggly Gremlins” has just been nominated for an Aria Award, which recognises Australian musical talent. We wish the Wiggles luck! |
