S.H.A.R.E. Spring Newsletter |
Sue's News We had a great meeting in January. We had to swim to get there but those of us who were able to maneuver through the water enjoyed the "S.H.A.R.E.ing" time. The Tipton County Foundation Center was very accommodating. Thank you to Conita Maynard and Sue Keifer for hosting this meeting and making out afternoon so comfortable. We discussed current trends in articulation and techniques that have been effective for "r" and "s". Getting a chance to just sit down and share some new ideas was so helpful. I don't know about each of you but it is always a shot in the arm for me to get some new therapy ideas to try this time of year. I think that was the original intent of S.H.A.R.E... to share! Deb Williams is a representative for Super Duper now, and she brought materials for us to preview and buy. Getting a chance to preveiw material before purchasing is such a benefit. Many times I buy something which looks good in the catalogue, but then when I get it, I am disappointed. |
