Linda Prosh was born and raised in Montreal and went to Ontario College of Art in Toronto, where she studied commercial art and design.

Her introduction to interactive electronic graphics came in 1979, working at TVOntario on a pilot project called Telidon in Education, where she designed content for educational databases. She went on to use this early videotex technology in some of the first examples of "multimedia" applications, such as touchscreen kiosks. She was also part of a team that produced one of the first computer graphics programs for the PC, also based on videotex technology.

Linda then branched into video, creating graphics and animation for corporate clients and for broadcast television. She has won several awards for her work, including first prize (commercial art category) at the 1988 TrueVision Art Contest, and a craft award for best graphics at the 1993 ITVA competition held in London, England.

Today Linda freelances from her home near scenic Mattawa, Ontario. In addition to computer graphics, Linda enjoys creating art in traditional media, primarily life drawing and sketching.
