ONE; Arriving unusually late, Detective Elliot Stabler was all ready on the border to having a bad day. Kathleen, his currently angry-at-her-boyfriend teenage daughter, had bribed Tory Munch, Detective Munch's daughter-who just so happened to be Kat's best friend as well- into spending the night along with watching several thousands of sappy romance movies. Needless to say Elliot had awoken to find his daughter and Tory crashed on the couch with empty Pepsi cans cluttering the coffee table along with bags of junk food and paper plates with pizza crusts on them. In the kitchen it looked like a tornado had landed in the middle of the night. The table had several torn open bags of marshmallows and at least four pint sized empty ice cream boxes that had left little chocolate puddles around them. Of course, Elliot had at least hoped that the two girls had saved him some pizza but he wasn't about ready to eat what looked like three pieces of pepperoni and green peppers pizza. "Don't get comfortable." Elliots partner Olivia Benson told him before taking a final sip of her coffee before dumping the styrofoam cup in the trash. Looking at Elliot she grabbed her coat and headed over to him. "Cragen just got it a few minutes ago...Mercy Medical just reported a case of rape." She told him. "You okay?" "Ask me again later." Elliot muttered before noticing that John Munch and Fin Tutuola were missing from their desks. At least he had missed John's daily conspiracy story. "What am I missing?" Locking eyes with her partner, Olivia didn't answer for a minute before fixing her coat and headed towards the door. "Ask me again, later." She repeated to him as her partner followed her out the door. ~~~ Mercy Medical Hospital Parkway Plaza Friday, June 13 "That's why Tory doesn't like sharing secrets with you, man." Fin told his partner John Munch as the two walked down the hospital hallway. He didn't know why the conversation had fallen on Tory's college choices and well the fact that Tory had confided in Fin that she actually wasn't thinking about going to college...ever. "Why because of my charming personality?" John asked as Fin opened the door to the ER. Fin forced a smile at his comment. "Maybe."He muttered as the two of them spotted Olivia and Elliot walking into the ER. "All the girls are up getting rape kits." "Girls? Plural?" Elliot asked. "About nine of them." John told him with a weak smile. "All stating it was a dark party with some black thugs." "Sounds like a regular cocktail party if you ask me." Came a voice from over Fin shoulder. The group turned to see two familiar detective faces. "Holding down the fort till the one-six gets here."The female added. "Tina." Olivia greeted trying to maintain a working voice. "What a surprise." She glanced over at the detective's silent partner, Ames Whit of the 24th's Special Victims Unit. "Nine Girls total. Out of the four I talked to they said that they don't remember much of their attackers. But they do remember who brought them to the party." "Who's he?" Elliot asked crossing his arms over his chest. "She." Ames spoke up locking eyes with Elliot. The two rarely got along and well it was almost always a cockfight when around. "They didn't get a name but they worked out at the same gym and well met at the same club every now and then." "And they didn't know her name if they hung out together." Olivia asked confused. "Just like online dating." Tina retorted bluntly to her. "Except these girls didn't meet over a computer." Elliot argued. "Did they say she had any markings? Tattoos? Piercings or a scar?" "Yeah a tattoo." Tina replied. "One large red dragon on her back. You guys gonna follow up on it or do we need to drag her back to our house?" Fin who had stayed quiet for a while looked at Tina,"No we got her." He told her bluntly. "Thanks." "Putting meat on the table." Ames replied as he and his partner left, only after relucantly giving Elliot the address to the gym where four of the victims worked out. Watching the two leave, Elliot slowly felt some of the bad part of the day leave with them. "You two stay here...We'll get the matchmaker." He told Fin and John. "Feel like working out?" He asked Olivia with a teasing smile. TWO; Betcha Blocker Gym Turner Route Friday, June 13 Max Santini kicked the gym bag with a hard whack which would have hurt her left foot if it wasn't for the fact that it was all ready numb from the six other kicks that she had done. Wincing Max walked over to her water bottle and towel. Instead of bending down to pick up the bottle, Max actually sat down next to it and rested her head between her legs as if she was going to vomit. Reaching back she pulled down the ever rising black mid drift she wore thought she knew it didn't cover her famous 'Red Dragon' tattoo. She didn't know what was so impressive about having a red Chinese dragon on her lower back but if it made everyone go "ooo" then Max guessed it was all right. Glancing up Max's eyes fell on the punching bag. Her one friend in the world. Actually the one true friend in the world. Drinking some of her water, Max stood up and looked at her swollen knuckles. Normally K-9, the owner of the gym would have yelled at Max to wear protection. He couldn't allow his best client to go away injured. "Hey! Max!" K-9 shouted across the gym to her. Whipping her head around, Max's long brown hair fell into her eyes. "What?" She snapped back. A Faint smile came over K-9's face as he motioned for her to come over. "This fool thinks he can take my best fighter." "Really?" "Really Maxie Max." It was now Max's turn to smile. She was always itching to show K-9's new recruits how to fight and who not to fight with. She was usually placed in both. Since after she taught them how to fight they never wanted to fight her again. "He got skills?" She asked flicking her hair over her shoulder. "Enough to pay the bills." K-9 replied with a wink. "Go teach him not to mess with the bitch." Slipping into the ring, Max looked at the nineteen-year-old in front of her. "I can't hit him...it would be like telling me to hit little Opie Taylor!" She snapped to K-9. She however didn't get a response from K-9 as the kid punch Max in the stomach. "Punk." She muttered with a smile as she sucked in air quickly. The little 'Opie Taylor' smiled as he watched Max back up. His smile was swept away as Max spun, her foot connecting with his jaw. "Anything goes in the ring kid...so start trying to kill me."She snapped at him. Over the chants of the other gym employees and clients for Max to teach the kid a lesson, Elliot and Olivia weren't even noticed entering. And who would have with the full contact fight going on in front of them. "Well looks like our dragon gal is here." Elliot told Olivia as he pointed out Max who spun around her attacker. Watching Max for a minute, Elliot sucked in air as he watched her do a handstand and wrap her legs around her opponent before tossing him to the floor. The crowd cheered as Max got up and the kid stayed down. Stepping out of the ring, Max and K-9 shared a smile but the smiles faded seeing Elliot and Olivia. "Now what can I do for you today?" He asked them in a rather condescending tone. "Detectives Benson and Stabler we're with the Special Victims Unit." Olivia told K-9 as they flashed their badges. "And we need to talk to her." She added pointing to Max. "So speak." "You're her attorney." Elliot asked him. Before K-9 could speak up,Max intervened knowing her friends violent and rather short temper when it came to cops...even ones in Sex Crimes. "No he's like a pet though...A big Doberman." She snapped to Elliot."What does the Rape squad with me?" "Maybe we can do this down at our station house?" Elliot informed her as Max pushed past K-9. He could smell the sweat on the girl and figured she had at least been there for over an hour working out. He didn't understand how a girl her size, who seemingly looked like she wore a size 3, could pack such a wallop. A smirk came across Max's lips. "I'm happy here." She told him, moving back over to her towel. Olivia sighed. "It would only take a few minutes of yours and our time." She pressed wanting to get Max at least out of the area where she seemed to have a lot of Allies. Turning, Max locked eyes with Olivia. "Listen if you were here to get bent over and doggied shouldn't you be barking right now?" She told her. Elliot grabbed Olivia gently by the wrist. "Miss, You either come now or we'll drag you out." He told her softly yet in a controlled and commanding voice. Max trailed her eyes up to look at Elliot's face. 'Say the magic word." She stated with a smile. Elliot looked at her and returned the smile, but his was more in a mocking sense. "How about- stop resisting to talk to us and we won't have to arrest you for impeding an investigation." Rolling her eyes Max shrugged. "Fine. What ever." Max sighed...it wasn't like she had anything to hide. THREE; The ride to the station was relatively quiet save for the on and off humming of Max along with only a song she heard in her head. Elliot knew Olivia was still upset about the 'doggied' comment. "So what's your name?" He asked her as the entered the station. "Max." Max. Olivia thought. That was a guy's name no doubt. It was just like the Goths that chose different names other then their own...hoping to make themselves tougher. "What about your real name?" She asked Max. "Max Santini...The Folks that had me weren't big on modern names...detective." Giving Max a little shove with his elbow, Elliot gently knocked her into the chair next to his desk. "Stay here." He ordered. "Sure thing." She told him with a flirty grin. Looking out the window of his office,Cragen watched as Elliot and Olivia both left Max sitting at Elliot's desk. Part of him wondered if she was the 'matchmaker' or another victim. "Who’s the girl?" He asked them when they entered. "Max." Olivia replied. "From all we've got she's the one that brought four of the nine girls." Cragen watched Max as she drummed her fingers on her thighs waiting for Elliot and Olivia to return. "That's the match maker?" He asked confused. She looked like just a kid. "Trust me Capt., she can pack a hell of a wallop." Elliot told him, remembering the kid at the gym. Glancing up He noticed the look Cragen gave him. "It wasn't one of us... A kid she was boxing against...she cleaned his clock." "And then some." Olivia replied. "What do you mean?" He asked watching Max from his office. "She's got a one of a kind mouth on her." Elliot replied. "See what she knows." Cragen replied. "Maybe she wasn't just the role of the matchmaker." Nodding Elliot went back out with Olivia reluctantly behind him. She wasn't looking forward to questioning Max. Not because of her snooty attitude back at the gym but because the girl had a knack for pissing her off. "Want me to lead?" Elliot asked before they got over to her. Not answering Olivia watched as Max stood."This way, Max." "Bout time... I couldn't just sit here all day as fun as it may sound." She told Elliot with a smile. "Right." He agreed just to get her to shut up. Leading the group into an interrogation room, Elliot pointed to the chair on the farther side of the table while he closed the door after Olivia had entered. "Let's talk Max." He told her. "About?" Max asked watching him sit across from her. Propping her feet up on the table Max made sure they blocked Olivia's view of her while keeping her eye on Elliot. "Where were you last night?" Max shrugged. "Out, spent some times with some friends of mine. That a crime?" "You take anyone with you?" Olivia asked. Giving Olivia a cold look, Max shook her head. "I'm not the invitin' type of girl, Detective. You gotta know me to in with the good times." "The Good times." Elliot replied keeping his eyes locked with Max's. He was surprised that her eyes stayed the same dull brown every time she spoke even to him, the guy she was attempting to flirt with. "What would qualify as the good times to you?" "Drinking a few beers, Dancing and getting in an occasional butt kicking fight." Max replied. "This going some where Detectives, Cuz I got places to be." She asked with a half grin. Elliot noticed the sparkle in her eye when she gave the half grin. It was small but showed that the girl was most definitely human...even though she sounded completely detached. "We've got four girls placing you as the person who brought them to a party-" He paused and noticed the no change with Max's face. "Where they were raped." "What?" Max asked with a joking smirk. She pulled her feet of the table and looked at Olivia and then Elliot. "Those girls are whacked. I don't bring Girls to a party." "They recognized your tattoo." Olivia informed her. "Gave the gym where you worked out." Leaning in Max locked eyes with Elliot."This is all very interesting but if I plan to bring a date to a party, it's usually of the male variety. I don't swing it with the sisters." Elliot nodded. "Four girls recognizing your tattoo and saying you brought them, holds up pretty well in court." Max was silent. "I think I get phone call." She told them bluntly. "I want it...now." FOUR; Jessica Flinn's hospital room Mercy Medical Hospital To Fin's surprise John was silent the elevator ride up to the number five on the rape victim's room. "What's bugging you?" He asked his partner. "Tor's college choice." "Or lack there off." John corrected. "You'd think she talk to me about it first." "And you two are just so close right." Fin replied as the elevator dinged open. John glared at Fin as the two left the elevator. "She is my daughter." "So?" Fin replied. "Tor doesn't have to tell everything. She's female." Entering the room,John knocked on the hospital door. "What Saying I should snoop through her diary?" "I don't think a girl like Tor keeps a diary." Fin remarked before looking at Jessica's face. "Detectives Tutuola and Munch." "How's Jamie?" Jessica asked Fin quickly. "Jaime?" John asked. He looked over at Fin. "She's my friend...we met at that party." Fin nodded. "We're not sure but we can find out for you." He told her. "Can we ask a few questions?" Jessica nodded slowly. "Anything. Here to help." Both detectives were silent. "Do you remember who brought you or told you about the party?" "Some girl." Jessica replied. "She brought a couple of us. I didn't know her name." "Any marks?" John asked her keeping an eye on the way she was acting. "A Tattoo. A large Red dragon on her back. It was really cool. All the girls were wondering about it." Jessica told him. "They were acting like they never saw a tattoo before. Asking all these questions about if it hurt or not." "Would there be any chance that you could pick this girl out?" Fin asked. He watched as Jessica went all quiet. "What is it?" He asked her. "I'm not sure if the other's told you or not." Jessica told him lowering her eyes from John's. "I don't think most of the girls were there just to party." "How so." Fin asked. Jessica was silent. "Jessica?" When the girl didn't answer again, he decided to change his question. "How did you meet the girl with the dragon?" "She works out at the gym...Betcha Blockers. Or at least I think she works out there." Jessica replied. "Cause the girl seemed pretty tight with the owner, K-9. Anyways word gets around that she's got connections." "Connections?" Munch asked Jessica. A faint blush came over Jessica's face. "Connections into things. Drugs,Booze...you name it I think she knows who to go too." "So you went to her?" Fin replied. "No I didn't go anywhere near her." Jessica lied. "I didn't want anything from her." Fin was about to ask something else when his phone went off. Walking a distance he left John with Jessica before returning a minute later. "They got the girl." He told his partner. ~~~ Elliot sighed. "You can get the phone call in a few." Max looked at Elliot with a deadpan look all of her flintiness gone. "Listen detective. I know my rights...I want my phone call. Now...I'll make it on one of your cell phones." She told him. "It's not like I'm gonna call a sex hotline." "How comforting." Elliot muttered. "Ain't it." Max asked. "Listen I get the phone call or you let me out of here." Not answering Elliot placed his Cell phone on the table. Watching Max for a minute, He watched her pick up the phone and dialed a number. "It's punk ass." She told the person on the other end. "Trouble...at the 16th." Hanging up,Max handed the phone back to Elliot. "Happy?" Elliot asked. "Ecstatic." Max replied. FIVE; "At the mention of the girls, her attention piqued." Elliot told Cragen. "But the tattoo sent her rushing for the phone." "And then there was five." John stated entering the office with Fin behind him. "Another one?" Olivia asked. Though her voice told them she sounded surprised, in all truth she really wasn't. She had had a strange sense that Max wasn't a girl scout at heart since they had met her. "Jessica Flinn." Fin told them. "The way she tells it, all the girls were brought by her." "Maybe she doesn't know about them being raped." Elliot tossed out. "Brings em, has a few drinks, then leaves." "Nah. The way Flinn tells it. Your girl-" "Max." John glanced at Finn with an odd look before letting his partner continue. "Max, has her fingers in everything possible. Drugs, Sex, Booze." "Maybe she was filling an order for some one else." Olivia replied. "Either way, she knows." Elliot replied, standing from his desk and heading back to the interrogation room, followed by Olivia and the others. Entering the room, Elliot watched as Fin joined him while the others went into the viewing room. "What happened to your gal friend?" Max asked from where she was stood her back to the viewing glass as she leaned against it. "Sit down." Elliot ordered Max. Watching Max, Elliot saw the familiar mischievous twinkle flash in her eyes before sitting down across form him. "Whose the new meat?" Max asked. "Detective Tutoula." Fin informed her with out batting an eye. "Damn," Max muttered, keeping her eyes on both of them. "If knew that the rape squad's men were this fine, I would have joined the white hat team years ago." Elliot kept a straight face. As did Fin. "Who'd you get the girls for?" He asked. Max stayed silent. "We're sure you brought all nine." "Chooks and chats from Mr. Whacks." Max muttered to Elliot and Fin coolly. "You boys trying to question me with out my attorney? Tsk, Tsk." Fin closed his eyes. How was it that almost all the criminals knew the law better then them at times. "Come on just tell us that your brought them." Max didn't answer as loud voices came from out in the hall way. All three stood as Frank Thomas, a loyal J. Edgar Hoover Agent, busted in. "Gee, all this male testosterone is making a girl feel small." Max told all three of them. She backed away as Frank grabbed her by her wrist and slammed Max against the table hard. "Ow." She muttered sarcastically. "Max Santini, you are under arrest." He told her as he handcuffed Max's hands together. "Thank you detectives, but we'll take it from here." Elliot was the first to speak up. "You're kidding me." "What are the charges?" Fin asked as the others came out of the viewing room. "Want them alphabetized?" Frank shouted back. "Thank your for your cooperation." Olivia looked slightly shocked. "Sir-" "Thank you." Frank snapped. Pushing Max towards the stairs, he was unware that Olivia had followed them in a final attempt to figure out why this guy was arresting their only lead. Watching them, Olivia pulled back swiftly, when Frank pulled Max to a stop and undid her handcuffs. Max stayed only long enough to rub her wrists and then bolted down stairs. Moving back to the squad room,She listened to the complaints of the others for a minute before announcing one thing. "He let her go." She informed them glancing at Elliot. SIX; Unfortunately for Max, she had gotten a ride from Elliot and Olivia so her bike was no where in sight. Jogging across the street, Max took off running. Running in New York always cleared Max's head, unlike fighting. Listening to her own heart, Max wondered how the hell those nine girls had been raped and if it was K-9 and his friends that had done it. Of course, Max had brought them. Her connections with K-9 and his crew were known all through out the gym. And they had approached Max, and not for Sex. Pushing herself harder, Max felt a muscle cramp grow in her right thigh. Now the pain was taking over Max's mind and it caused her to run even harder. Reaching the gym,Max collapsed next to her motorcycle. It was a ninja...black, supposedly like her mood. Rubbing her thighs, Max stood up and pulled out her keys and sunglasses and put them on before she started the motorcycle and starting the long drive to Brooklyn. ~~~ "He just let her go?" Fin asked Olivia. 'Right on the steps leading down stairs." Olivia replied, just as Alex came in. "Heard you had something for me." She told them before noticing the gloom looks on their faces. "What?" 'Had is right counselor." John muttered. "Mark one up for the G-man that let it go." Alex looked at John in shock for a minute. "What do you mean?" She asked looking at the others for confirmation. "She asked for a phone call." Elliot told her. "She got it and ten minutes later her personal arresting officer came and arrested her." "And then let her go." Olivia finished. "With out even batting an eye." Fin looked at Alex. "Anything you can tell us?" "Other then get her back here." Alex snapped. "She's key in finding who raped those girls." John was about to say something when his phone ran. All were silent as he talked with the caller. "That was Nurse Owens at Mercy. One of the girls tested positive for drugs." "She slipped the girls a roofie?" Elliot asked. "Nope." John replied. "Angel Dust." "How old was the girl?" "Seventeen." "Get her in here." Cregan snapped. "Now." ~~~ Sundries Laundromat 214 Travis Rd. Brooklyn, NY Turning the corner, Max revved the engine as she popped a wheelie before riding directly into the receiving docks of the Laundromat named 'Sundries'. "We told you to stop doing that." A male informed Max as he came out into the loading area. "It's scaring away customers." "And business is just booming, right?" Max retorted killing the engine and putting down the kickstand. Getting off,Max walked away from him. "Agent Strummer!" He shouted. Freezing at the sound of her last name, Max rolled her eyes as she waited. "Yeah what you want Agent Quillan." She asked. Pulling of her sunglasses, Max actually liked the fact that no matter how deep undercover she was, Agent Harrison Quillan would remind her what she really was. A FBI Agent named Max Strummer; not a career criminal named Max Santini. "Frank called, He said you wanted this." He told her handing the file on the 16th SVU team. "Well, Aren't they a pretty team." Max replied opening the file and looking at the photos of the team as she headed to her locker. "Privacy? Now!" Quillan nodded and backed away from Max as she opened her locker and grabbed a new change of clothes before heading towards the showers that the team had put in for them to use since most lived on in the Laundromat. Changing into a pair of tight black flares, Max added a black tank top that covered her tattoo. The same tattoo that had caused all the problems in the first place. Tossing her hair up in a pony tail Max headed out to the rest of the groupm which now had been joined by Frank. "Frankie...come here." She called. When Frank came over to her, Max grabbed him by the wrist and slammed him up against the wall. "Now tell me. When you were holding me down...ya didn't cop a feel did ya?" A smile came over Frank's face. "Very funny Max. Not the point you did this right?" "Smart Man." Max replied. "Don't slam me against a table again." "Right." "Say I understand." Max stated sharply, knowing the rest of the team was watching them. She pushed him against the wall again and twisted his wrist. "I understand." He told her. When Max let him go Frank gently touched his broken lip and looked at the blood on his fingers. "Damn what made you bitchy." "Well the fact that nine girls, I took to a party got raped ruined my day a little." Max replied moving over to the team's computer guy. "Give me names for the faces of this SVU team." "All right. The Captain...Donald Cregan."He told her pulling up his picture. "Meet him?" "No, Pleasure was denied there." Max told him picking up his bag of potato chips. "Mind?" "Feel free." He replied. "Detective Olivia Benson." Mark, the computer guy, added. "Her?" "Yeah." Max muttered before eating a chip. "She wasn't the nicest one." "I'm sure you weren't the best of her interviews either." Mark corrected. "How'd you know." Mark laughed slightly. 'Her partner is Detective Elliot Stabler." "The Blue eyed giant." Max informed them. "What's he like." "Father to four. Three daughters, one son. Maureen his eldest is in College while his second eldest Kathleen is about to graduate." Mark told her. "Still married to their mother." "Now why can't I find a guy like that." Max told him. "And why can't you either." A faint smile came over his face. "He's usually not debriefing a hot headed FBI agent in a Laundromat, Maxie." "Funny." Max retorted in a blunt tone. "What about the others." "Detectives Odafin Tutuola and Detective John Munch." Mark told her. "They have A.D.A Alex Cabot in their court room dramas too." Quillan cleared his throat drawing Max's attention to the head of the table. "Answer me this Max." "Huh?" "How come we didn't know about the rapes before they did." "Well because the girl you put under in the tribe didn't know about it." She told them. "Now this girl is gonna go get some sleep." "Max." "Bite me, Quillan." Max snapped over her shoulder before bolting up the stairs. SEVEN; The Stabler Residence By the time, the day ended the team was no closer to finding out what had happened to Max or to how she had all of a sudden gotten released from jail. Loosing his tie, Elliot saw that the living room was clean except for the two sleeping bags still crumpled on the couch. Walking towards them, Elliot was going to be rather surprised if both girls were still a sleep. "She's not there." Glancing up at his wife, Kathy, Elliot smiled and gave her a quick kiss. "They actually moved?" "To the mall." Elliot rolled his eyes. "What for?" He asked. Kathy was about to answer when Tory and Kat came in, Tory carrying only a two bags, one from a book store and one from the music store. Meanwhile Kat had three bags and if Elliot knew his daughter well enough several bags in those three. "I don't know what the big deal about dresses are anyways."Tory told Kat closing the door for her friend. "You can look just as nice in jeans." "Tor." Kat muttered under her breath. "It's a graduation party...you have to wear a dress." Placing her hands on her hips, Tory glared at her friend. Her brown, red streaked, hair falling in her face slightly. "Where in the hand book of high school graduations does it say; 'Thou must wearth a dress in order to get the slip of paper with your name on it.'"Tory told her in her holier then thou voice. Kat smiled. "I know you'll look good in one my dresses." "Hey girls." Elliot greeted feeling slightly ignored by his daughter. Turning Kat looked at her dad. "Hey Dad. How's work?" "Hey Mr. S." Tory greeted as Kat pulled onto the couch. "It was good." Elliot replied not going into details. "Tory you staying for dinner?" "No-" "Yes." Kat interrupted. Elliot glanced at Kat and Tory. For once the two seemed to be disagreeing. That was a first. "Which is it?" "Kat. I'd love to stay. But do the math, Hun. My dad, plus a kitchen, plus food." Tory told her. "He'd burn down the place in five." "Always wondered why he went for take out." Elliot muttered as he went into the kitchen. Puling out one of the remaining pepsis, Elliot continued to listen to the girls argue about Tory staying over. "Kat...I love ya like a sista but I gotta bounce.' Tory told her bending down and rolling up her sleeping bag. 'Bad enough I got a history exam Monday." 'Need a lift?' Elliot called. Tory glanced at him. "Nah, got the bike." Tory told him. "See ya around." She told Kat. "Laters, Mr. S." Elliot watched as Kat helped Tory with her bags and sleeping bag before turning his attention to his phone ringing in his dress coat pocket. Pulling it out, he saw it was Olivia. "Hey." He greeted. "Cragen wants us back at the one-six." Olivia told him. "Fin found something." "What's that?" Elliot asked as Kathy came into the kitchen. "The club that Max hangs out in, Almost every night." "I'll be there." Elliot sighed. Hanging up he kissed Kathy. "Don't wait up." He told her before leaving. EIGHT; RYDE 346 Jargen Ave. 9:30 PM Elliot wasn't the last one to arrive at the club. That was John's doing. "Ryde?" John asked. "According to several of the girls.Max is always here." Fin replied. "Yeah us." John muttered to his partner. Elliot glared at John for a minute. "Let's just get her." He told them. ~~~ "I came I saw I kicked some ass The pain I cause it makes me laugh 'Cause the way I do my thing is strange I just inject myself into your veins, yeah Can't run can't hide There's no way out The sun will rise and it's about Time for the wreckoning Time time for this girl to sing" Max closed her eyes and scooted back farther into Shannon feeling his hands on her stomach. This made the life bearable. Yeah right Max...dancing with a hot guy isn't what you're here for. Turning, She smiled as Shannon kissed her on the neck. "Well things will come and things will go And one thing I know for sure is that You don't give a shit about me And so I'm walking out the door. (oh yeah) Can't move can't breathe it's gettin dark The beast has come to steal your heart So you better practice your scream Well you may not live your dreams" Opening her eyes, Max gently ran her fingers down Shannon's chest enjoying the fact that here K-9 couldn't watch her twenty-four here in the center of the dance floor. Scanning the crowds, Elliot watched around for Max. His eyes soon fell on her. Dancing rather seductively with a guy in the middle. Motioning to Olivia and the others, they started to move in. All hoping to catch the 'dragon gal' off balance. "Damn if I thought that you would change And my life would stay the same When you don't even care about me You know, you don't give a damn Things will come and things will go And one thing I know for sure is that You don't give a shit about me And so I'm walking out the door." Looking over Shannon's shoulder, Max caught sight of Fin. Gently pulling away from him, Max whispered to him to go get drinks for them, in which he happily agreed. Max doubt the guy got so much action on the floor and off when he was there. Turning Max glanced over to see Olivia moving towards her. What the hell? Max thought. Tackle me in a club? Shrugging Max turned and headed the other way, towards Elliot. Freezing, Max noticed that she was cornered by the four member of the SVU. Tragic. "And I'm running from my problems I got my funny face painted on And then I'll think of what you said to me And then I'll think of what you did to me I'll think of you and probably laugh And then I'll think of you and probably laugh And then I'll think of you and probably laugh You're the one I'm running from Damn if I thought that you would change And my life would stay the same When you don't even care about me Ah no, you don't give a damn" Slowly turning in a circle, Max watched as they moved closer to her. Turning Max put her attention on John. He was the oldest of the group. "Max." Elliot told her from behind. Lashing out quickly, Max kicked Elliot in the stomach as hard as she could. And Elliot learned that his earlier statement of the size three girl packing a wallop was true. Grabbing Fin's arm, She pushed him into Olivia before shoving John. Not at all the original attack plan she had in mind but it had worked. All four were down and all four would live. "The wreckoning The wreckoning The wreckoning Oh, it's time The wreckoning The wreckoning The wreckoning Oh, it's time" Max pushed her way through the crowd not knowing that Elliot and John were the first two up and were all ready after her. Moving She spotted the bouncers eyeing her oddly. They had seen her little stunt on the floor and there was no way Max was going to get out the front. Seeing a window Max winced but glanced over her shoulder to see Elliot. "The wreckoning The wreckoning The wreckoning Ya don't give a damn The wreckoning The wreckoning The wreckoning I'm walking out the door" Cursing Max Covered her face with her arms as she jumped through it. Falling on her stomach, Max attempted to move as she felt blood fall from her arm. And then it was Elliot's knee in between her shoulders. "Max Santini you're under arrest for assaulting police officers and resisting arrest." Elliot told her still sore from her kick. "OW!" Max shouted angrily. "Take it easy you prick I'm wounded okay?" Max snapped. She winced as Elliot handcuffed her to himself and as the others came towards her. "You could have called." She told them bluntly. ~ Club Music Provided by: Boomkat- 'The Wreckoning' NINE; Mercy Medical Hospital 10:25 pm Max looked at the doctor as he slowly stitched up her arm. With her other arm, Max pulled on the handcuff that Elliot had now attached to the hospital bed. "This is just plain kinky." She told him as she lowered her good arm. "Shut up." Elliot snapped as he touched his ribs again. He glanced over at Max and noticed the familiar detachment in her eyes. "No phone calls." "Denying a right." "Shut up." Fin snapped at Max as he came in to the room. An ice pack firmly placed on his wrist, which he had landed wrong on. "Called Cragen and Alex. Both want to talk to her." Fin stated pointing to Max. "Stay here And I'll get some gauze." The doctor told Max. "Ain't going no where." Max retorted pulling up on the handcuffed hand again this time harder causing it to give a loud clanking sound. "Stop that." Fin told Max. Glancing over at John and Olivia who motioned them over, knowing very well Max wasn't going anywhere. Max watched them leave. Once they were out of the room,Max went into action. Laying sideways, Max used her foot to pull over the medical tray on which the doctor had left his pen. Grabbing it with her bad arm, Max cried in pain silently before pulling it over and using the bendable metal end to pick the handcuff's lock. Classical bored FBI agent Training in use. Max thought. Once freed from Elliot's handcuffs, Max slid off of the bed before tiptoeing to the door. Spotting the SVU Team at the end of the hall, Max slowly slipped the other way and froze. Tilting her head, Max took a minute to actually register what was happening infront of her. A guy had used his tie to hang himself. Knowing that she should run and ignore it. The guy wanted to end his life so be it. He wasn't her concern. Going to leave, Max felt her job side tug at her. "GOD!" Max shouted. "GET A DOCTOR!" She shouted down to Elliot who turned, surprised to see Max out. Bolting down to the room, Elliot heard Olivia shouting for a doctor. Reaching the room, He heard Glass shatter and then watched as Max climbed onto the hospital bed and started to use a suture knife to cut the tie. Succeeding in cutting the tie, Max felt the weight of the guy land hard on her. But she could also feel his breathing. "Going some where?" Elliot asked Pointing his gun at her. "Girl had to pee." Max stated as the others and a few doctor's came running in. Laying her head back on the pillow, Max stared at the ceiling. "We need to talk detectives...now." TEN; Max took the ice pack from Olivia as she shifted at her perch on Elliot's desk. Resting it gingerly on her cheek, Max glanced up as Cragen came in with Alex. "Five minutes slow. Thought you Captains were faster then the rest of the squad." "What is she doing here?" Cragen asked out of shock. "Not in handcuffs." "Relax." Max told him. "I'm one of the good guys." Silence took over the SVU squad and their A.D.A. "Pardon the not believing." Fin stated as he crossed his arms over his chest. Max shrugged but continued. "First off. My name isn't Max Santini." She told Elliot and Olivia. "Im pretty sure you pulled my record and saw drug dealing, auto theft...and larceny?" She asked Elliot as he picked up the fax that had just come in on Max. "You forgot aggravated assault." Elliot remarked handing Cragen the wrap sheet. "I always do." Max muttered. "It's made up. It's fake...crap." She told them. "We made it up." "We?"John asked. "The New York Division of the Great Federal Bureau of Investigation. My bosses." Max replied. "My name is Max Strummer." She continued quickly. "Special Agent Maxine Jessica Strummer. I've been working on the K-9 case for eleven months." "Eleven Months?" Munch asked bluntly. "No one is undercover for eleven months." "With out having severe psychological problems." Max finished. "My Badge number is 33469120. Feel free to check it." "We will." Alex told her. "I wouldn't have it any other way."Max told her. Turning her full attention to Alex, Max brushed her hair out of her face. "What do you want to ask me,Miss. Cabot." Alex looked at Max. "How did-" She stopped before continuing with a real question. "Who were the girls for." "No one." Max replied. "They came to me for drugs." Elliot looked at Max. "Right." Sighing Max let the ice pack fall from her face before locking eyes with him. "One of the girls tested positive for PCP right?" She asked. "Probably another one has tracks for Heroin and well a few like to snort cocaine." "And you factor in how." Fin asked. "I've been trying to figure out who's K-9 is working for." Max replied. 'He's using the gym as a front while he and his crew sell drugs, stolen property and kill anyone in their way." Elliot went to ask a question as a rather aggravated Frank came in. "What the hell is going on?" Max looked at her boss with a disgusted look. "How the hell did you get here?" "Does it matter." "Yeah,Frankie it does." Max replied. Locking eyes with him, Max noticed the odd look on his face. "They know." "Strummer...over here." He ordered. "Excuse me." Max told the team and followed Frank over to the door. "What." "What the hell are you doing." "Telling the truth for once." Max snapped back at him. "Why? To jam up the case." "It was all ready jammed up!" Max retorted. "They probably saw you release me since they knew I was at Ryde." "Great just great." Frank muttered. "You tell them why you took the case?" Max was silent as she lowered her eyes. "No." Pushing past Max, Frank stepped into hearing range. Flashing his badge, he looked at each of them. "I'm sure my agent told you part of the truth." He told them. "Frankie no." "But did she tell she took the undercover work just to find out where her sister's body is?" He stated. Frank suddenly felt a fist being slammed into his face and then the warmth of his blood seaping down his face. Glancing at Max,He saw Blood on her good hand's knuckles. "Thought they'd want to know that part." Not saying anything'Max walked away...heading to an interrogation room for the quietness. "The girls getting raped...it's on you." John told her. "I know." Max told him. "And it's on me to find out who started it." She added. "And then what?" Elliot asked. "I'll kill em." ELEVEN; Max looked at the floor as she rested her head on the end of the table. Part of her wanted to cry...the still human part of her. But the FBI agent that was stuck doing her job wouldn't let her. Looking over at the door when it opened Max half-expected Frank but was surprised when she actually discovered who it was. "Hey." Fin greeted closing the door. Shooting her head up to quickly Max actually got dizzy. "Detective Tutoula." "Fin." He corrected her. "Well, Fin." Max stated with a half smile. "Call me, Max." Fin nodded as he took a seat across from Max. "Ya took the undercover case cuz your sister died from drugs?" "From K-9. Or at least some on in his crew." Max admitted. "Never found out." "And you've done this for eleven months." "Yeah." Max replied. "Heard the rumor in the FBI that if you do any psych., that they boot you from the undercover section. You think that's true." A faint smile came across Fin's face. "Maybe." He told her. "Ya ever find out." "Tried." Max told him. "Before this case." She added. "Found out that they denied my need. But four months in,discovered Frank pulled it. Says I'm too much of an asset." "Not much of an asset if ya switch teams."Fin informed her. "True that." Max replied with a smile. Standing she looked at Fin. "Your lucky. Nine to five with an occasional night shift. No lying or being some one your not." She told him. "Get out of undercover." "It's too late."Max told him as she headed to the door. "I can't leave this case where it is." She paused opening the door. "I just wanna feel." TWELVE; The Tutoula Residence When Fin finally made it home, He couldn't really sleep. Mainly from Max's comment of her just wanting to feel. Lying on the couch, he turned on the TV only noticing that infomercials were on. ~~~ Max looked down at the water of the Hudson River as she sat on her motorcycle near the docks. Tears had long fallen since she had been there. Closing her eyes, Max felt like she wasn't helping anything. It had been her fault the girls had been raped. She hadn't kept an eye on them. Swallowing the lump in her throat, Max turned the keys in her motorcycle and revved the engine before driving back onto the road, not noticing the car behind her. ~~~ Fin glanced at the door after hearing a knock at the door. With a smirk, Fin figured it was John or Tory. "Hey." He greeted as he opened the door. "Hey." He repeated a little softer seeing it was Max. "I don't know why I'm here." Max told him softly. Entering Fin's place, Max watched him close the door. Outside, K-9 glanced at the closed door with disgust. With Max going to visit a cop it meant one of two things, Max was a cop or Max was a cop informant...either way she had to die. THIRTEEN; Fin glanced at the sleeping figure next to him. It took him a minute to register who it was. Max. The dragon gal who they thought had been one of the bad guys instead of a Federal Agent. Reaching over his brushed some of her brown hair out of her face. It took him a while to remember what actually had happened between the two of them. They had talked a while about Max's twin sister, Maggie, The one who had apparently OD. Then it slowly got into Max's undercover work and then Fin briefly remember one of them repeating the comment, "I just wanna feel." And then it went down hill from then. Groaning Max rolled on to her back before opening her eyes in to little slits. "Fin?" She asked groggily. "Here." Fin told her gently. "Mornin'" "Hey."Max told him rolling over to look at him. "I feel almost human." She told him leaning forward Max kissed Fin gently. Fin looked at Max as they broke the kiss. "What happened?" He asked slowly. "That's a first." Max muttered as she sat up slowly. A smile hit Fin's face. "I mean...how'd we get here." He stated pointing to his bed. Max shrugged. "Don't know." She told him. "But we can only figure it out after work." ~~~ Elliot rubbed his forehead as he attempted to figure out the file that one of Max's FBI teammates had dropped off in a box earlier that morning. "Start the coffee. This is going to take all day." He told Olivia. Reaching in the box with one hand, Olivia shrugged out of her coat. "Max's story checked out?" "Yeap." Elliot replied handing her a copy of Max's real file. "Everything including a twin sister Maggie Rose Strummer,Missing for 11 months." "11 months?"Olivia asked looking at the File. "Max heard her sister disappeared went in after her?" "Isn't that the way it usually goes?" Elliot asked. "Or is it family disappears after the person is undercover for 11 months." Giving her partner a cold look, Olivia sat down in her chair and pulled out a file on K-9. "What's wrong." "Kat's graduation." Elliot told her. "Kat is determined not to follow in Maureen's foot steps." "Sounds like a bad day in the making." Fin muttered as he entered the squad room. "No the bad day was yesterday. This is the after affects." Elliot replied handing Fin a file. Taking the file, Fin looked at his desk and noticed that John wasn't in yet. Striking it as a little odd, he figured he was having an argument with Tory yet again. It scared Fin to think about how in the world those two were actually family. However, Fin's lingering questions about John and Tory were put to an end as he spotted Tory running into the room. "Fin." Tory called quickly brushing past a uniform and getting the rest of the team's attention. "What's up?" "Have you seen my dad." Tory asked quickly. Fin stared up at Tory. "Nah. Why?" "Because he didn't come home last night." FOURTEEN; After clearing Tory a spot to sit Elliot was the one that started the questioning. "Tory what do you mean he didn't come home." "As in. When I went to bed he wasn't home. When I got up he still wasn't." She told him. "So I thought maybe he was here." "Okay, Tory." Elliot told her patting her on the knee. "How the hell is it okay?" Tory snapped at Elliot standing up quickly. “Where's my dad!" Olivia gently touched Tory's arm. "We'll find him." She promised. Wrenching her arm away from Olivia Tory looked at Elliot for confirmation."We'll find him." Elliot repeated. "Just stay here." He told her before walking quickly to Cragen's office. "Capt." "Yeah." Cragen stated glancing at Elliot. "Got something from the files." "John's missing." Elliot told him quickly as a phone rang. Fin gently held Tory down as Elliot and Cragen joined them outside in the squad room before Elliot picked up the phone. "Stabler." "Where's Max." "Who?" Elliot asked looking around for Max. "The Fed Bitch."K-9 snapped. Glancing up, Elliot spotted Max entering the room. “She's here.” "Good. Tell her we'll make a trade. The old geezer for the fed. She knows where. " Elliot's face went a shade of off white. His eyes locked with Max's before he heard the click of the phone. "Wait!" He snapped but K-9 was gone. Hanging up the phone, Elliot first went to Tory. "Tory." "Where is he?" Tory asked panic in her voice. "Where's my dad?" "We'll get him back." Elliot promised her. "All right." "What?" Tory asked not understanding him. Elliot slowly stood and looked at Max. "They have John." He told the group. "They want Max...for him." Max was the first to speak after a few minutes of silence. "Where are they." She asked. "They said you know where." Hanging her head, Max nodded. "Betcha Blocker's gym." She told them turning to leave. "Where are you going?" Cragen asked going after her a few steps. Max turned and looked at Tory before sliding her sunglasses over her eyes. "To bring home a dad." FIFTEEN; Running after Max, Fin spun her around. "You insane. K-9 could kill you." "I caused this." Max replied as her FBI 'laundry' team came out of the stairwell. "Caused what?" Mark asked Looking at Max. "Get SWAT." Max ordered pulling down the ends of her leather coat. "K-9 is going down." "On what?" Frank asked eyeing Fin carefully. "Kidnapping a New York detective." Max replied. "Would you GO Mark?" "No!" Frank snapped grabbing Mark's arm. "No deal." "Huh?" Max and Fin asked at the same time. "No Deal." Fin's jaw dropped slightly. "That's my partner." "Then it's your problem." Frank replied. Looking at Fin out of the corners of her eyes, Max sighed. "Sorry." She apologized before pulling back and punching Frank in the face. Dragging him into the squad room, Max handcuffed him to Olivia's desk. "When he wakes up-I don't know. Make something up." She told Fin. "We're going." Fin told her. "Yeah." Tory shot up quickly. "No." Cragen told Tory just as Quickly. "You two go with Max." He ordered pointing to Elliot and Fin. "Olivia, stay with Tory." "I get K-9." Max ordered Elliot and Fin. SIXTEEN; Betcha Blockers Gym 10:01 Am Saturday June, 14 John felt K-9's fist hit him across the face again with a sickening thwack. Blood dripped from the side of his face where K-9's ring had cut into his face. This had been the reason why he had joined the Special Victim's unit. To be beaten up while tied to chair by a gang banger who was mixed in with Rape, drugs and anything else the human mind could think of that was immoral. He could have gotten this back in Baltimore, for crying out loud. Coughing, John spat out some blood from his mouth. "You think she"ll actually come?" K-9 shrugged. "Probably." He told him. "If not...Killing a cop is just as good." "Or bartering one for passage out of here." Looking up,John stared at the long brown hair. "Max." He muttered recognizing the face. A Smile crossed the woman's face. "That's right Max." She told him before back slapping John hard. "You see Detective Munch, I don't want to bust the life style, I wanna own it." John smiled as best as he could. "It's always been said that the FBI was full of criminals." "Always will be." Watching K-9 slip his arms around the woman,John slowly thought about Tory. He still hadn't talked to her about college and why she should go. Maybe Elliot would take her in if something happened to him. After all she trusted him more then she ever would trust him. "K-9!" Glancing up, John noticed that the Max look-a-like was gone leaving him with K-9, Elliot, Fin and Max. Max stood in front of the other two her arms crossed over her chest as she watched the gang member coldly. "I'm here. Let's make the switch." John groaned something about Max being with K-9 as the gangbanger reluctantly cut his bonds. "You got lucky old man." K-9 spat as He gave John a shove to Elliot and Fin. "Get him out of here." Max told them staying put. "Max."Fin called to her. He was silent for a minute as Max glanced back at him. "Kick his ass." A faint smile came over Max's face as she turned and felt K-9's fist hit her in the face. Stumbling back,Max watched as Elliot and the others got out the front door and then flipped herself up. Blocking one punch from K-9, Max lashed out and hit him in the groin before kicking him in the face. Backing up a step or two, Max watch him lay on the ground. K-9 then lunged at Max grabbing her by the hair and slamming her face into the chair. Twisting her self around Max Punched K-9 and then hopped over him but he grabbed her foot. Pushing Max to the ground, The FBI agent rolled to the left Quickly before K-9's foot hit her in the face. Getting up, Max wiped the blood out of her eyes before kicking K-9 in the stomach and adding a viscous right hook to the side of his head. Anger taking over Max Swiftly spun and kicked him across the face. After getting in a few more good hits Max Backed off of him. "You're a waste of my time." She told him before turning to leave. Looking at Max’s back, K-9 slowly got up before running at Max. Max turned but not fast enough as both crashed through the second story window of Betcha Blockers. Landing hard of the ground, neither Max nor K-9 moved. SEVENTEEN; Opening her eyes slowly, Max couldn't move. Well she could but it hurt to much to move. Especially her shoulder, Looking down at K-9, Max watched him slowly get to his feet. "Get on the ground!"Came the shouts of several police officers. Max knew most of them were swat but she heard roughly Elliot and Fin's voices mixed in. Pushing herself up Max cradled her right arm as she reached up and felt the shard of glass still in her shoulder. Wincing she looked at K-9. "In the ring...anything goes." "Til Death." K-9 replied punching Max. He watched her fall back words. "Maxie Max." Hearing K-9's nickname for her, Max swiped his feet out from under him. "I hate that nickname." Max spat at him getting up slowly. Watching K-9 Max listened to the SWAT tell him to surrender. K-9 looked at her and then at one of the police officers. "You're under arrest." Max told him spitting the blood out of her mouth. "You've got the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. So please spill your guts right here. You have the right to an attorney." She winced as she took a step back. "If you can't get one we'll give you one of the stupidest one we can find." K-9 shook his head before grabbing Max by her coat. "I’ll die first." He spat at her and grabbed the piece of glass that was in her shoulder and pushed it in some more. Max cried in pain before head butting him. Whimpering still because of pain,Max limped away from him. Making it a short distance before K-9 tackled her again, Max reached behind her and gritted her teeth before yanking the shard of glass out of her own shoulder before screaming in pain. "See you in hell." She spat before shoving the glass into his leg and slamming her palm into his nose as hard as she could with her left hand. Standing slowly, Max reached back and touched her shoulder feeling her blood soaking her shirt as Fin came towards her. "Never get on a pissed FBI agents bad side." He told her. Max nodded and gave a weak smile before passing out in Fin's arms. EIGHTEEN; Mercy Medical Hospital 11:15 AM “Twenty Eight year old female with severe injuries due to a fight and falling from a second story window.” The Ambulance attendant told the ER doctors as they rushed Max in. “Main injury is on the back of the right shoulder, Girl has a laceration of 15 inches… extremely deep may have severed some nerves.” Elliot looked at John and then Fin. “She’s never by the book.” John glared at Elliot as one of the extra doctors patched up his face. “She worked for K-9.” “Yeah. Undercover.” Fin replied. “No, She wants to own the life style.” John corrected. “She’s playing us.” “When did she say that?’ Fin asked. “While I was in there.” John replied. Elliot and Fin looked at each other oddly. “Max was with us, man.” Fin told him. “Till we got to the gym.” “She was there.” “It was Maggie.” Elliot replied. “Maggie?” “Max’s sista.” Fin agreed. “The twin sister believed dead.” ~~~~ Tory drew her legs up closer to her chest as she lay on the couch in Cragen’s office. Part of her begged for her dad to enter and hug her tightly saying he was out with a girl but the way Elliot and the other two had left so quickly she knew it wasn’t so. “Want anything?” Olivia asked her bending down in front of her. “My dad.” Tory mumbled slightly. She felt lost with out her dad. If something happened to him she couldn’t tell him how she actually liked living with him and his conspiracies. Sniffing Tory rested her head on her knees. Olivia glanced up at Cragen as she placed a comforting hand on Tory’s shoulder. “She needs to see her dad.” She told him softly. Cragen nodded. “Elliot said he’d bring him here.” He replied as Alex came in. “Word travels fast.” “When a cop is abducted.” She stopped at the sight of Tory. “Munch.” She asked them softly. Olivia nodded. Closing her eyes, Alex moved slowly over to her side. “Hey Tory.” “Go away.” Tory snapped at Alex. Bending down next to Tory, Alex gently brushed a strand of Tory’s hair away from her face. “They’ll get him back.” She promised. Walking slowly due to the fact his back hurt from being tied to chair and beaten upon, John made his way to Cragen’s office. “Let me try.” He told Olivia and Alex softly. Bending down as best as he could, John touched Tory’s hair softly. Feeling slightly ackward to be comforting his daughter. “I said Go away!” Tory shouted puling away and sat up. Looking at her dad, Tory said nothing but gave him a tight hug, resting her head on his shoulder with her eyes closed. Hugging Tory, John felt slightly ackward about it but returned the hug…feeling bad about the pain he had caused her. NINETEEN; 2 weeks later Max rubbed her eyes after she had saved the file on her laptop. Then she stood, wincing as she slowly pulled the sling away from her neck before shutting down her laptop and putting it away. Rubbing one hand on the white dress flares she was wearing, Max picked up her knee length black leather coat and put it on as best as she could before pulling her ponytail out from under it. Fin had told her what had happened to K-9. After questioning, he reluctantly told all about the rapes and drugs and everything she needed to make her case to the SVU but who he was working for still stayed a mystery. And then of course there was Elliot Stabler’s beautiful story of how Maggie was still alive. Max had to laugh at that one. Picking up the laptop Max left the interrogation room and handed the bag to Mark. “Well The all mighty SVU is actually all mighty and all right.” “While the FBI-“ “Is just whacked.” Max finished for Munch with a grin. “Shaving cuts?” She teased about his wounds from K-9. “Funny.” Munch retorted before Frank and Quillan came in. “Friends of yours?” “Nah their too G.I Joe…Hut hut hut.” She told him leaning against Elliot’s desk. “How now brown cows?” Frank looked at his agent. Part of him wanted to ring her neck while the other part wanted to hang her out the window and tell her how stupid she had been to punch him out. But he had a reason in mind on why she had done it…stupid as it was. The action of punching out a superior officer was a quick referral to Psych- weither Max knew it or not. Sighing, Frank had heard of a new batch of excellent picking for undercover to choose from, so in the end it was Max’s loss. “Time to go.” “And I was just gonna suggest we order some pizzas and celebrate a job well done.” Fin commented standing next to Max. “Guess you gotta go.” “Another day another battle.” Max replied. “And all that I can count on is the steady paycheck.” She paused. “Pathetic.” Elliot had to smile at Max’s comment on her paycheck. He also had to admit that he liked the FBI Max much better then the evil Max he had met at the beginning of the case. “So. You’re gonna still come and visit?” Elliot asked leaning back in his seat. “Maybe.” “Maybe?” Olivia asked as Alex came in. “Leaving so soon?” Alex asked Max with a raised eyebrow. “Yeah more A.D.A’s and local police wonders to piss off.” Max replied with a playful smile. “And with so little time too.” Saying her good byes to the group, Max purposely left Fin’s for last. “Guess I’ll see you around.” Fin told Max. Max gave him a cheeky grin before using her good arm to pull him into a slow and passionate kiss. “I’ll call ya.” She told him, ignoring the weird look the two were getting from Munch and the surprised faces from the others. Slowly letting go of Fin’s coat, Max gave him a soft smile before leaving with the others. Barely registering the brown haired girl at the drinking fountain. Looking up, A smile came across Maggie’s face. Brushing some of her hair behind her ear, Maggie walked slowly too the room, hearing Cragen announce another case. “Pity…she left before the fun began.” She informed them leaning against the doorframe with an evil smile on her face. TWENTY: “I mean I expected more from my sister…after all in a sense she’s me and all.” Maggie replied. “Oh you all really don’t have to stand for me.” She was silent as she pointed a gun at Alex. “I insist.” Slowly sitting on the floor, Maggie continued her rant. “I mean physically she looks like me…mentally she’s no where fuckin’ close.” She paced the room keeping an eye on each of them. “She must have been the younger one. Less brains-“ “Funny that.” Max replied from behind Maggie. Watching her sister turn, Max backslapped her hard. “Forgot my watch.” She paused before smiling at Fin. “You see the hardest thing about a twin is knowing which one is older. And that would be me…by five minutes. So I think that rant has to be corrected just a smidge Mags.” When Maggie got up, Max grabbed her by the arm and slammed her against the wall. “You got a little bit of me in you. To bad it was just the looks and not the brains.” Max’s speech was cut off by Maggie’s elbow to the face. Reeling back, Max touched her broken lip. Maggie smiled at Max before hopping the bar. “Max…why are you even defending these guys…Cuz you slept with one.” Maggie asked. “Now that’s pathetic.” “Your pathetic.” Max replied before kicking Maggie in the stomach and then across the face. “Your pathetic cuz you actually think I give a damn.” When Maggie went to Punch Max, Max grabbed her sister by the arm and actually dragged her to the window. “Here’s how it’s gonna be Maggie.” Max snapped holding her by the leg as she dangled her twin out side the window. “Your gonna take your threats and tell them to a shrink. You need help sissy a professional maybe.” “Let me go! Please!” Maggie cried not wanting to land on the pavement if her sister’s hand slipped. “Say I understand.” “I UNDERSTAND!” Maggie shouted. “Just don’t drop me.” Pulling her sister back in, Max slammed her head against the wall. “Say good night Hal.” She commented as Frank and the rest of her FBI friends came in. “What took you so long. Elevator was jammed?” TWENTY ONE: (4 months later) Belview mental Hospital Dr. Stiggler’s office Max looked around her. She hated shrinks, Even her sisters. Shifting in the seat, Max watched as Stiggler came into his office. “How’s Maggie.” “Mentally insane.” Stiggler replied. “She claims you held her outside an office window.” “I was stabbed in the shoulder doc.” Max replied with a sweet smile. “How can I hold some one out the window injured?” Returning Max’s smile, Stiggler opened her file. “Borderline personality disorder, Sociopatical.” “She won’t be home for Christmas will she?” Max interrupted quickly. “She won’t be home for a while, Agent Strummer.” Stiggler informed her. “I’m sorry.” Max slowly stood. “My mom’s not gonna like that.” “We have visiting hours and support programs. Please seem my secretary if your mother needs to see me.” “Sure.” Max replied before leaving. “Thanks.” Closing the door, She looked at Fin who was seemingly bored in reading a medical magazine. “You know anything in that?” Closing the magazine, Fin smiled. “How’s Maggie?” “Insane.” She replied, letting Fin help her with her coat. “Sibling Trait?” He asked cautiously. “Nah.” Max replied. “It’s a Stummer Minus.” THE END. |
