2000 Chavez Co. Fair Winners Over 90+ goats entered (Judge Frank Craddock): Brent Longway winning 3rd in the Heavy Weight with MNM Simba, 4th in the Medium Weight with MNM Big D (Bred by Show-Me Goats, Texas), and 5th in the Light Weight with MNM Goober, Chantel Longway winning 4th in the Heavy Weight with MNM Red and 7th in the Medium Weight with MNM Dizzy (Doe). Dustin Davenport winning 6th in the Medium Weight Division with MNM Rico. Our son Brent Longway also won Junior Showmanship and our 2 year old daughter Cheyenne Miller won the Booster Showmanship with her Nigerian Dwarf Twin Creeks TA Sunstar. |

New Mexico State Fair: We took 5 Nigerian Dwarf does and came home with several 1st and 2nd place ribbons. See doe page for pictures. |

Tri-State Fair (Judge Ron Besing): MNM Boer goats did very well with some extremely tuff competion at Tri-State. We took 4 Meat goats and they placed 3,4,5,6...sorry no pictures it was late and we still had a 4 hour drive. We also showed in the yearling Fullblood Buck class and placed 3rd. |

Eastern New Mexico State Fair: 145 goats entered broken into four weight classes, Chantel Longway won 4th in the Med Heavy class with MNM Red, also MNM Rico made the cut but did not make his weight back :(. |
