| The University of Minnesota played Denver University in the 2004 US Hockey Hall of Fame Game. The game kicked off the college hockey season. Without the NHL team playing, it was good to see a hockey game at the X...especially when the Gophers beat the defending NCAA champs by a score of 5-2! Joining me for this game was my mom Ann and our friend JoAnn. All three of us are current or former employees at the U, and Mom and I are both alumni from the U. Go Gophers Go! |
