| The pros played three different teams for one period each. The games were no-contact and somewhat staged. Toward the end of each period there were some "strange" penalties called or what others might call "Globetrotter" moves to allow the non-pros to score a few goals. There weren't that many people at the charity game. The newspapers said 300, but I counted that many on one side of the arena...so I'd say closer to 500 were there. I'm sure more fans would have come....but the even was poorly advertised and covered by the media. |

| What's a hockey game without a fight or two?! At one point everyone on the ice was fighting...Danny Hinote got dumped into the bench. Later on even the refs got into the spirit of it all. |
