Customer Responsibilities
We make your pages, set up your server space, upload to the server, register the pages with search engines, place ads, and edit graphics.
What do YOU need to do?
All you need to do is provide us with information for the site.
The best method is via e-mail or by sending disks/cd's to us.
We do record information as you dictate by phone. However that can be more costly to you with the addition of phone charges and the extra time. We can arrange telephone conversation for you when necessary.
We suggest you visit some sites related to topic and get a feel for the type of information you would like to include and possible color scheme.
Information we will need includes:
Full Text for the main and informational pages.
This includes correct spelling. Contents are normaly what your would like your viewers to know about you, your operation, Key information related to you and your business.
Photos or digital images
Information about each product you have for sale
Your preference for a color scheme for your pages
Your preference for graphics (southwest theme, cattle theme, cowboy articles theme, nature/grassland images theme, etc.) Be creative!
We can create graphics you are looking for!
After your web is created, we will send you periodic hints to help you obtain or maintain good web positioning. If you want, we can do that for you, but you can save money if you will allocate 2 hours per month to work to get your web site listed with links pages and search engines. We'll virtually tell you how and where to go!
