Calico Slaw
Ingredients:

1/3 head of green cabbage, quartered
1/3 head of red cabbage, quartered
1 large carrot, shredded
1/8 cup each of chopped green, red & yellow pepper
2 large green onions with tops, finely sliced

Dressing:

2/3 cup of mayonaise (more or less to taste)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon seasame (or caraway) seeds
1/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
14 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

Directions:
                
Shred the cabbage.  Measure 3 cups. 
In large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, pepppers, and green onion.

In small bowl whisk together the mayonaise, vinegar, milk, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. 
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. 
Toss to coat well. 
Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
