| Chicken n Stuffing Bake |
| Serves 4-6
Ingredients: 1 ¼ cups boiling water 4 Tbsp margarine, melted 4 cups herb seasoned stuffing 4 –6 chicken boneless chicken breasts seasoning (such as Mrs Dash or paprika) 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 13 cup m,ilk 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Directions: 1. Mix water and margarine. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. 2. Spoon stuffing across center of 3-qt shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle with seasoning 3. Mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken. 4. cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. |
