Fresh Fish Hash
This is good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Great when served with poached eggs and buttered wheat toast.

Ingredients:

2 pounds of fresh fish (cooked and flaked)
I pound frozen hash browns (thawed)
1/2 cup green peppers (chopped)
1/2 onion (chopped)
1/2 pound bacon (cooked, and crumbled) reserving grease
Lemon pepper
Garlic powder
Chili poweder
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

Saute onion and green pepper in the reserved bacon grease, then set aside in bowl. 
In the same frying pan, add has browns and fry until slightly browned.  Season with lemon pepper, chili poweder, garlic owder sat and pepper, to taste.

Add the peppers, onion, bacon, and fish and serve piping hot.
