Canned Fruit will last for up to one year sealed, but must be refrigerated and eaten within a week after opening.
Chocolate keeps for 18 months sealed or one year opened and in an airtight container. Curd and Jams stick around for one year if sealed or 6 months in the refrigerator after opening. Bread Crumbs and Crackers become stale one year unopened or 1-2 months opened on the shelf. Capers, Olive, and Pickles keep 4-6 weeks in the refrigerator after they’re opened, or two years unopened. Mayonnaise and Salad Dressings are safe to serve for 2-3 months opened in the refrigerator, or 1 year unopened. Nut Butters and Pastes are usable for 8 months unopened or 2 months in the refrigerator tightly covered. Pancake, Waffle and Biscuit Mixes stay fresh 6-9 months unopened or opened in an airtight container |
