Southern Peach Pie

Ingredients:

1/4 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1 c flour
1tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c milk or half & half
2 c fresh or frozen peaches
3/4 c peach juice or apple juice
Ice cream or whipped cream optional

Directions:

In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon add to creamed mixture alternately with milk stir until just moistened.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking pan sprinkle with
peaches, pour juice over all.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm with cream, whipped cream, or ice cream.
