17 October 1961 - 27 April 2002 We are approaching the first anniversary of the passing away of someone very special to us here at Ruby Hospital. 12 months ago Bettina lost her struggle for life against Cystic Fibrosis. Her colleagues and friends will recall her strength & determination, her courage and her cheer in the face of overwhelming challenges.
In order for us to recognize her kindness and willingness to assist fellow sufferers of this condition, we should like to ask for your help so that we can show others how much this special woman meant to us.
Depending on the response, it is hoped that this memorial would be in the form of a plaque, perhaps in the Lobby Entrance or in the Family House. We are happy to receive your suggestions as to the most suitable way Bettina's dedication to others may best be remembered.
Your donations will be gladly accepted through Linda James, secretary of Pharmacy Administration, on the 4th floor of this hospital, or by telephoning (304) 598-4148.
Your generosity will help leave behind a fitting tribute, to one who gave so freely of herself and her time. Thank You. |
