A long-sought middle high school basketball rules school for Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO may help boost a local developer's plans for a controversial high school musical poster tower.

Rob Foley, whose two daughters also attend PS 8, and who lives next door to the proposed project, said he was enthusiastic about the project.
