Here's a start: Poulaines.
Poulaines were men's shoes worn throughout Medieval Europe. They had low ankles and pointy toes. "Poulaine" is French for "Polish" and the English called them "Crackowes", indicating that they probably originated from Krakow, Poland.

The Mühlberg-Ensemble find in Kempten This web site tells about the extant late-15th century shoes found in Kempten, Germany. (Text mostly in English)
Poor People's Poulaines A quick and dirty crash course in making poulaines for those who just want to get period-looking shoes on their feet.
