The Northwestern Law Mock Trial Team won the national championship at the National Trial Competition in 2002.  Who did we beat in the final round?  Northwestern!  NU's two three-person teams finished first and second place overall in the Competition.  (Miami might have football, and Maryland might have basketball, but NU has mock trial.)
