Deena Cooper: Co founder of the Twisters, over 10 years coaching on high school and All-Star level. Deena is also a graphic designer and photographer for keystone advertising. On the side you will find deena mixing music, coming up with stunt sequences or doing a little artwork.
Stacy Ferraro: Co founder of the Twisters, over 10 years coaching on high school and All-star level. Stacy is also a 4th grade teacher in the East Lycoming School district. Her school is very proud to have just won the blue ribbon award...way to go!

History of the Twisters:
Deena and Stacy started by coached together at Montgomery High School. One year, the team they had were ready to move into competing. Deena called the Williamsport YMCA, set up a meeting and a few months later our first practice started. We started with only 5 girls, one team and one dream. Today our program has 3 teams and over 50 girls and parents on teams. We believe that good cheerleaders start with good hearts. Work hard and your goals will be met!
Tesa Johns: Tesa a current Twister and is a junior at Montoursville High School. Tesa has been cheering since she was a little girl. Tesa joined us 3 years ago and this year coaches the Mini Twisters. Tesa also cheers for Montoursville High School, plays softball on a traveling team and for Montoursville and in her spare time helps her mom at Janet's floral. She is a busy girl and a very dedicated young lady. We are honored to have her be part of the Twisters and to help us out with coaching our little Mini yet huskie team! We hope to have her with us for another year as a twister and a coach.
