47th & Park Street Vendor
	My boss told me a street vendor on 47th & Park was selling Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches.  I was heartened by the sign on the side of his cart, "The Original Philly Cheese Steak."  But you can imagine my dismay when the only type of cheese he offered was American (American!!!) and no hot peppers, only hot sauce.  Again the meat was relatively fatty, and not very spicy, the hot sauce was barely perceptible and the bread not very fresh.
