I walked by him and thought, that's Frank Gifford, but then thought, no, too small. Old, decrepit, colored hair, small. Blue jeans, black tennis shoes, untucked shirt, black jacket. Frankly, he looked like a pervert.
Maybe waiting for train. Who knows, maybe trolling for chicks.
