Is this crazy or what? I don't even remember watching this movie. But I must have, because there it is, in my movie log, Sweet Home Alabama, viewed April 17, 2003, at home on the VCR.

And here are my notes, "Very slow & boring; small town girl makes it in a big city. Goes home to her roots and discovers her true self."

But gosh darn it, I can't remember anything about it today, 4 months later. And I like Reese Witherspoon. Did you see that movie Election? with RW and Mathew Broderick? Now that was a funny flick. (BTW, MB is married to the blonde woman on Sex and the City, Sally Jessica Parker Raphael). And believe it or not, I like RW in Legally Blonde. The first one. I haven't seen the sequel. I'm not much for sequels.

Maybe I'm getting Alzheimer's. Yesterday I couldn't remember the name of the company that dominated the telegraph industry (Western Union) and I couldn't remember the name of the actor that played the young Vito Corleone in Godfather Part II (Robert DeNiro).

So we'll just have to leave this review with my notes from the night of the viewing. I apologize to my loyal fan base, who rely on me for their viewing pleasures. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea culpa.

I just can't remember anything about this movie.
Now everyone who knows me, knows how sensitive I am.  And we all know I pour my heart and soul into my movie reviews.  So I thought I would test the waters and let the professionals at epinions.com review my reviews.  Imagine my shock and dismay when I read the following review of my review.

Sorry, but stating that a film is forgettable and summing it up in one sentence does not constitute a review. Best wishes. Sheila

I have to agree with Sheila..

All you said really is that you can't remember having seen it...
