IMPORTANT: Please consider that the basics element of my Italian recipes here will be: - WEIGHT:  g (GRAM) : 1 g=0.035 oz (divide by 28 to find ounces); hg (HECTOGRAMMES) =100 g; kg  (KILOGRAMMES) =1000g - CAPACITY:  ml (MILLILITRE) : 1 ml=0.03 fl oz (divide by 30 to find fluid ounces); l (LITRE) =1000 ml and you have to: multiply by 2.1 to find pints, divide by 0.26 to find U.S. gallons, divide by 4.5 to find U.K. gallons - LENGTH:  cm  (CENTIMETER) : 1 cm=0.4 inches (multiply by 0.4 to find inches); mm (MILLIMETER) : 1 cm=10 mm; m  (METER) : 1 m = 100 cm and you have to multiply by 3.3 to find feet
