| NOTICE OF POLICY * Because of the number of people who have applied for babies and then cancel out after I have bred and produced the babies (or "better" yet, a week or so before they are to go home!) I will now require a NON-REFUNDABLE $10 deposit with all rat reservations. Deposits are due after your application is accepted and it is determined there are babies available. * Babies will be $20 each. * I do not deliver. This is a hobby, not a money-making business, and I feel my babies are reasonably priced. So far, I've not had a litter of less than 12 and one of 16 --- please add up the cost if I drove my van 50 miles and back to deliver 12 to 16 rats in different directions. The *adopter* is the one looking to add to his/her household... if s/he doesn't want the pet enough to make the drive to pick it up, s/he doesn't want the pet! (Exceptions: fellow breeders willing to meet part way.) |
