Figure: I essentially wanted a good Angel without a jacket. So I took the arms off of a Buffy series Angel (MAC), cut off his jacket and sanded down the line that seperated the jacket and shirt. I also sanded down the cut of the shirt. I then began to sculpt the new shirt, with buttons and all, and because I took Giles arms to replace the Angel ones, I sculpted a little bit at the meeting of the arms and the body to make it look natural. I also mistakedly kept his feet on the side of the pot too long, and they melted a little so I had to resculpt those hehe. I painted him, and used a glossy cover to make his shirt shiny. The rest is covered in a matte sealer.
Accesories/ Base: I made Angelus a mansion base, but it wasn't level enough to stay, so I may make a new one. He comes the the sword he took out of the statue. I made it from the sword that came with him with minor modifications.
Retrospect: I was most proud of the smooth sculpt and the shades in the face job. I feel that this figure has a lot of personality even though it may not be obvious.
Where is it now?: Waiting for a new base, but until then the battle between he and Buffy continues on my shelf!
