| Morgan, I absolutely enjoyed myself. It was relaxing, fun, and I learned not to be so self-conscious about my ability to drum. I liked the camaraderie that was present from everyone concerned. | Morgan, I Found your "Wake up and Remember" workshop very helpful. It was incredibly moving to be with so many women of various backgrounds, interests and ages sharing this experience. The drumming was a powerful way of reaching into my inner being and amazingly flowing into rythmn with everyone else. Chanting and meditation were also very helpful. Personally, since I am a slower pace person, I would have appreciated more time to focus on the meditation phase. Other than that, I would rate the experience you offered us a 9.
