This month's photo finishes up my World Youth Day Fight Trilogy. This picture was actually taken last week at WYD in Toronto. I'm not exactly sure what happened. I was just talking to some fellow pilgrims about Adrian, the town where I live in Michigan. Now, granted I was not describing it in the most positive of terms. When all of the sudden I hear this voice behind me say, "Yo! You talkin' 'bout Adrian?!" Not exactly sure what to make of it, I copped my New Jersey attitude and said, "Ya' I'm talkin' 'bout Adrian, you gotta problem wit' dat?" At which point I turned around and was blindsided by that guy. Who would have thought someone like that would have such strong feelings for a small city in southern Michigan? Oh well... live and learn. |
