The Gift

At the beginning of The Gift, the gang are desperately tfying to figure out how to find and fight Glory.  Having figured out the later, they have no idea how to find her.  Tara provides a clue, saying that she has to go and that it's a big day.  Willow has been spending most of the time figuring out ho to restore Tara's sanity, kneels in from of her to tell her that it will be alright.  Tara slaps her hard in the face, "Bitch! I'm supposed to work on the factions!"  She immediately looks

as if she's gonna cry because she hit Willow.  Willow, biting back tears, assures her: " I'm gonna get you back". Later, as the gang prepare for battle, Willow tells Tara it's time to go.  Tara immediately leaves, pulling off her plaster cast as she goes.  She leads them right to Glory, who is building a huge tower to bleed Dawn from.  Tara goes to the construction site and starts to work, when Glory appears behind her.  "What are you doing

here?" she demands.  "She's with me!" Willow replies, appearing at Glory's side.  she performs the spell, transfering Tara's sanity back to her.  The spell is so powerful that it pushes the two witches and Glory in three different directions.  As Glory and Buffy fight, Willow drags herself over to Tara's side.  Tara is just coming round, she was knocked unconsious.  "Tara?" Willow asks.  Tara looks up, and after a second, recognition flickers into her eyes, "Willow?".

Willow breaks into a smile.  Sobbing with relief, Tara tells her "I got so lost".  Crying, Willow hugs her, saying "I found you, I will always find you". Meanwhile the battle rages on.  Buffy manages to defeat Glory, and Ben is killed by Giles.  Doc, however, a worshipper of Glory has got up to Dawn, and will cut her anyway.  Buffy manages to reach them a second too late.  Buffy is forced to sacrifice her life to save the world.  As the gang gather around her body, Willow and

Tara hold each other up, grieving together.
