The Fellowship of the Ring
This is the first movie and book of the trilogie: The Lord of the Rings.
To get a small idea of the book/film is to read the following:
Introduction:
Long, long time ago, there was made a few rings of power. 3 rings were for the elves, 7 for the dwarve-lords and 9 rings were for the men.
But there was a great dark lord: Sauron, who made in secret, a master ring, to control all others. On the ring he made a tekst in the language of Mordor. In common language it says:
One ring to rule them all,
One ring to find them.
One ring to bring them all,
And in the darkness bind them!
That ring was so powerfull, it control the others. But there were so of them who resist it. The men and elves marches against the army of Mordor, and near Mount Doom, they fought for the freedom of Middle-Earth.
And they won, Isildur had the Ring now, but didnt destroy it. But he died, and the Ring was past out off all knowledge. Until it insneared a new bearer. Gollum. He took the ring far in the Misty-Mountens. 500 years it was there, till the Ring left Gollum. But something happend then, the Ring did not intent. It was pickt up by a hobbit. Bilbo Baggins of the Shire.

The story:
Bilbo Baggins is celebrating his 111 birthday. Gandalf, an old friend, comes also. He has brought firework, and the first hobbit he meets is Frodo Baggins. A 33 years old hobbit.
When the night falls, Bilbo must give a short speach.
It's a short of goodbye. At the end of it, he disapear. Only Gandalf knows what happened. He ran to Bilbo's hause, and was trying to get the ring. And not just a ring, no it was The One Ring. But  because he left all the stuff behind for Frodo, Frodo get the ring too. When Frodo came in, Gandalf gave the ring and said he must be carefull whit it. Gandalf left and ride to Isengard for some questions about the ring.
When he returnd, he sended Frodo to Rivendell with the ring, and Sam was going with him. But in the woods they met Merry and Pippin, and they came whit them whitout even asking. In the wood they also met someone wich they didnt want to meet. A ringwraight, Nasgul.
