ORBITAL VELOCITIES IN THE ENFOLDING UNIVERSE
Atomic Rotation as a Form of Orbital Velocity
If the enfolding of force with form did not give rise to atomic rotation, velocity as an attribute of matter would not exist in the manifestations within our segue. It is the development of atomic rotation that gives rise to velocity or to phenomena in movement relative to each other.
Prior to enfolding of force and form, relative movements of phenomena could be affected only by active forces, and many scientists mistakenly treated the active force of light as the velocity of light, believing apparently that particals could affect other particles only by going from one space-time focal point to another. Light, however, not being a manifestation of orbital motion, could not have velocity.
The first unit of manifestation with the attribute of orbital velocity is that of the hydrogen atom. Without orbital velocity, and the space-time features involved in orbital veocity, the capacity for relative movement would not exist.
The Synclinal folds of the enfolding universe give rise to rotation as a form of relative movement, whuch is necessarily a merging of outonic and untonic forces or movements. Outonic and intonic forces could be distnguishable from outonic and intonic movements. The hydrogen atom is a product of union between outonic and intonic forces and the union of these forces lead to the orbital velocity of the hydrogen atom. Thereafter, an union of atoms with different orbital velociities might lead to an unit of manifestation with still another orbital velocity.
Where the inner core of a system, inluding that of a galaxy, is an originating, centrifugal movement, the orbital velocities decrease from the outer layer to the inner core. But, where the inner core is an extinguishing, centripetal movement, the orbital velocities increase from the outer layer or core to the inner core. With the centrifugal core, the constant original of unitons, or photons of light, increase the energy of the systen as distance from the point of origin increases. Likewise, a centripetal core increases the energy of the system as distance away from the point of extinction decreases.
As is inherent in the enfolding universe, the orbital velocities of systems revolving around spiral galaxies increase with distance from the center of the galaxies. The reason for this increase in velocity with increase in distance is that spiral galaxies have centrifugal movements at their inner cores and centripetal movements in their outer rings. It is necessarily the enfolding of centripetal and centrifrugal forces with form that gives rise to centrifrugal movements at their inner cores and centripetal movements in their outer rings.
Likewise, as is inherent in the enfolding universe, elliptical galaxies have centripetal inner cores, with the orbital velocities increasing towards the inner cores. The solar system must also have a centripetal inner core for the reason that the orbital velocities of the planets increase with deccreasing distance from the inner core of the Sun. We know also that the planet Earth has a centripetal inner core from Newton`s formula for determining what he treated as the velocity of a falling object. The formula actually proves that force of attraction between objects going to a point of extinction increases with a decrease in distance from the object exercising the force of gravity and the object being attracted. Since the falling object is not in orbit around the planet Earth, it could not have an orbital velocity.
The features of spiral and ellitical galaxies constitute powerful proof of the reality of the enfolding universe and of synclinal folds. Only the recognition of the enfolding universe has satisfactory explained the differences between spiral and ellitical galaxies. There is also clearly a two-way flow. The attractive power of the central core must be instantaneous and not dependent upon passage through time and space. This was the belief of Newton. Gravity is clearly an active force. The centrifugal force from the point of origination must equally be an active force and not radiant energy. Newton recognized one force as active but assumed without evidentiary support that the other force was radiant energy.
