In the enfolding universe, an uniton, usually referred to as a photon, is formed where a point of apparent origination of matter coincides with a point of appartent extinction of matter. The two-way flow contributes to the uniton outward and inward forces. There are actually two types of unitons, which are outons and intons.The outer and inner cores can related together in various and diverse ways. The active force of the uniton as an unit becomes either outward or inward, and the active centrifugal force of the photon of light is misconstrewed as radiant energy instead of being correctly labelled as an active force. In fact, the practical effect of the photon as an unit of manifestation comes from the inward and outward forces acting together, and it becomes suitable for use as a building block engaged in time, space, and in movement and to be incorporated in units of manifestation that may or may not be participating in the two-way flow. Thus, the centripetal and centrifugal forces existing independently of time, space, and motion contributes to the uniton!s ability to act as a building block in manifestations taking place in time and space and utilizing movement. As building blocks, unitons might particpate with other building blocks in non-living units of manifestation, and with still other building blocks, they might particate in living and self-reproducing units of manifestation.

Unitons are of two types: (1) Outons that are unitons with a dense centripetal inner layer surrounder by a centrifugal outer core, and (2) Intons that are unitons with a dense centrifugal inner core surrounder by a centripetal outere core. Other things being equal, when a point of origination coicides and merges with a point of extinction, the resultant uniton has an equal probability of being either an outon or an inton. It is the merger of these inner and outer forces of origination and extiction in two different ways that lead to the formation of an uniton. Scientist in general are apparently unaware that there are two types of photon of light that differ in their outer and inner layers. Although outons and intons are frozen in space-time, outons as building blocks generally are incorporated in centripetal forces towards the microcosm and intons as building blocks are generaly incorporated in centrifugal forces towards the macrocosm. Forces of unlike kind attract and forces of unlike kind repel. Movements from the centrifugal forces at points of origin or from the centripetal forces at points of extinctionb are movements towards or away from points. But the points are not points of radiant energy but are points of active forces. At the same time, unitons are clearly not a form of radiant energy.

The component parts of a bioton are more complex and diverse than those of the uniton. It is its very diversity that installs its capacity for reproduction. Its outer core is itself a composite of centripetal and centrifugal forces and its inner core is likewise such a composite. It has the capacity for assisting in the formation of units of manifested life consisting of millions of molecules. These millions of molecules may enter into patterns described by Frances Crick and James Dewey Watson as the double helix but it is the lowly biotons that serves as the foundation of life.

The failure of many scientists to recognize that light is an active force and not radiant energy is based upon their treating what are actually forces as movements that require time and space to be executed or that require the passage through time and space for the forces, such as light, to be manifestated. For this reason, they believe that light travels through space. However, once a connection is formed between that which scientists improperly treat as the transmiiter of a photon of light and what they improperly treat as receptor of the photon of light, the manifestation of light is instantaneous. Forces do not require time and space for their execution. Much confusion in contemporary science results from the failure of many scientists to understand what light is.

Inward active forces are often treated as frequency and outward active forces are often treated as velocity. There is no harm in our doing so as long as we recognizes that what we treat as frequency is an inward force and what we treat as velocity is an outward force. Since the Unified Theory recognize that in appropriate siutations the use any one of four reference systems, the Unified Theory would allow inward forces to be termed frequency and out outward forces to be termed velocity where it would be practicable to use the Cartesian reference system and the mathematics applicable to the Cartesian system. But we should recognize that what we treat as the velocvity of light is actually an extrapolation based upon the time it takes from the operative forces between units of manifestation to become operative. As we go out into space we do not go back into time, and we should not use mathematical equations implying that this is the case.
