The world is too much with us; late and soon, Getting and spending, we lay waste our powers: Little we see in Nature that is ours; We have given our hearts away, a sordid boon! The Sea that bares her bosom to the moon; The winds that will be howling at all hours, And are up-gathered now like sleeping flowers; For this, for everything, we are out of tune; It moves us not.--Great God! I'd rather be A Pagan suckled in a creed outworn; So might I, standing on this pleasant lea, Have glimpses that would make me less forlorn; Have sight of Proteus rising from the sea; Or hear old Triton blow his wreathed horn. Later I will be adding pictures of my original art Ouijas. They are in storage right now. I'm really pretty over stocked on old sewing machine ouija's, and have 6 undone cabinets waiting for a burst of creativity. At this time I haven't decided to sell them. I'll have to at some point I guess. I'll let you know when I do. The only ones I have sold are the ones I've been asked to make. Harley ouijas and Greek ouijas. Also now I have a digital camera I can take pictures of my oils. I never sell my paintings I usually give them away, that is why there aren't many here, they have new homes.. I don't like my paintings as much as pen and ink and my woodburnings. |

Perfecting the Art of Drinking Beer since 1979 |
I just finished a Memorial Table for Anthony Lataster. It's at the Tattoo shop, so the guys can put Ant's Tat's on it. I had promised one to Ant, as he was my son's best friend. I hope to give it to his parents soon. The boys need to get their part done!!! |
I made this one for my husbands boss. My husband paints cars, and yes I'm a NASCAR widow. |
This is one of my originals I took a picture of. It was a dark wood, and almost impossible to take a good picture. |
Vesta is the goddess of the hearth. Vestas is latin for Wind. Even though I resemble both, I use the word Vestas for Wind |
