Summer, May 15 1999. Windcity opened its doors with 4 Pentium 2, was a hunk of a machine in the standard at that time, a IBM i486 and a small HP 430 Deskjet printer. For months we catered Programming, Computer Repair, typing and printing job to most of the surrounding shop here in Carmona, Cavite.
The concept of personal computing in the Philippines had only just been born. WindCity being a service-oriented and customer-driven organization is committed to provide total expertise in information technology necessary to renew a client and help reshape it into a better, sharper and more responsive organization.
Today, WindCity boasts long fruitful relationships with the IT industry’s premier manufacturers and distributors, both software and hardware. WindCity hardware range includes desktop computers, networking products, servers, notebook PCs, modems, printers, harddisks. Its software line includes Operating System, Word Processor, and Spreadsheet, Database, Presentation graphics, Desktop publishing and a lot more.
Since then, WindCity is an authorize dealer of Microsoft products, Genuine Intel Dealer, Internet Reseller, IBM Partner, Seagate, Maxtor, ASUS, AOC, Hewlett Packard, Epson, Neo, Compaq, ACER products, APC UPS, Auto Desk products and second hand computers.

Now with the total of four (4) employees, six (6) part timers, three (3) trainees (Administrative, Sales & Marketing, Technical Support Division). WindCity is servicing a customer covering government agencies and institutions, NGO, Private sectors, Home PC buyers and students.
