It was standing room only when Windermere Elementary School's DARE program graduated 100% of their class! The Mayor congratulated, the students, teachers, parents and Officer Cole for a JOB WELL DONE on December 15th, 2004.
The Mayor was invited to speak at the Chain of Lakes Middle School Read and Feed Program on December 20th, 2004.

WINDERMERE GOES TO WASHINGTON DC- JUNE 29, 2006

On June 29th Windermere visited Washington D.C. to request support for upcoming appropriations in the areas of traffic and pedestrian safety, storm water management and sewer feasibility.

On December 10th, 2005, Windermere celebrated the completion of the largest public works project in its history with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Mayor Gary Bruhn is joined by eight past Mayors.
